Everything can be understood that there are no fewer patients with eye diseases. And what should patients do if no one cares about them? Firstly, the ophthalmological center is a republican destination and patients come from all over Belarus. But it's just not possible to get through to the reception desk. And to make an appointment with a specialist, you need to travel hundreds of kilometers. Secondly, you stand under the cabinets for hours. And these are elderly and disabled people, and you can always sit down. Is it normal? Thirdly, with such a stream of people, one toilet is working, the second one has been closed for more than a year
I would like to improve the flow of traffic faster so that there are fewer queues, but on the whole it is good! I liked the doctors too, politeness and patience are on top. Oh yes, and the diagnosis and treatment tips have given a shift.
This is a real hospital where people are treated. I was in the 4th department of microsurgery. The doctors in it are from God, they do eye surgery very efficiently, I treated cataracts, I will need to do another eye, I helped with the planned operation, I signed up, most likely I will do it. Thanks to the medical staff from this department, I bow low to them
I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the consulting department of the ophthalmological center. There is a huge flow of people and attention is paid to everyone, clear organization of work, high professionalism, the workload on the staff is enormous. It feels
teamwork. Respect and admiration for the one who organized the work of the center. To the whole team, success in work, decent wages, new equipment.
There are very long queues, although I took the ticket for six months in advance. I sat for 3 hours, and they told me that it wouldn't be long yet. The examination takes from 5 hours or more. I advise you to warn people when they order a ticket, how long it will take. To plan.
It's just a horror of some kind, for 3 months no magician will get through to take a coupon for 300 calls and it didn't work out more than once, unless it happens, you just sit and dial, at least once you got through, always briefly, it seems that the phone is simply disconnected.
I hope that the toilets in the thoracic department were put in order-all the toilets were leaking. And for doctors and medical staff (excluding the nurse-hostess---it is not the fault of patients that there are no towels in the department and the plumbing is broken, the drains are incorrectly connected)))- Thank you
We still need to look for such a nightmare. I haven't been able to make an appointment with an associate professor for two months. Record from 8-00. At exactly 8:00, I'm already 30 in line. After 50 minutes, I moved up to 22 in the queue, but... The phone is dead from the strain!!! In parallel, I called my mobile (it was connected only at 8:30). 256 calls made(!!!) - it's all in vain. But no, I broke through once, but they threw me off. And this is called maintenance? They can't diagnose me, I can't start proper treatment. Is that what I should do in this case? It's a complete disgrace, not to mention how many hours you have to spend there anyway. Everything is for people, as they say...
There are always a lot of people, the staff is responsible, qualified, treats their work with responsibility. An electronic queue, lots of benches and good lighting. Diagnostic equipment, in a word, excellent.
I have been to an ophthalmologist's consultation three times, the visit time is at least 6 hours. A very long appointment, communication with the attending physician for no more than 10 minutes for a final diagnosis, the doctor sees only your card, not you, the rest of the time you are driven to different offices with a promise. Every office, it's a new queue again. The work is not properly organized. I just feel sorry for the doctors. An appointment is made at least half a year in advance, and there is no workflow.
Excellent hospital, good staff. Special thanks to Associate Professor Galina V. Vashkevich, PhD, for not being indifferent to the problems and the medical care provided. A man with a capital letter!!!
The ophthalmology department is terrible. 3 doctors passed for 6 hours, and at the same time they were always sent back and forth. They were sent to places where they didn't need to go at all. I had to sit in a big queue again! The horror!!!
Poor service is not possible to get through, there is no record or 3 months in advance,
It is very difficult to get adequate advice
The Ministry needs to put things in order for a long time!!!
I express my heartfelt gratitude to the doctors of the ophthalmology department for their help. To the attending physician Elena Sergeevna Chaiko, associate professor Inna Ivanovna Malinovskaya for her sensitive attitude, kindness for treatment at the highest level for skillful hands, mercy. Thank you for your hard work, and I wish you and your families good health.
A wonderful healthcare institution. Cleanliness is everywhere. There are no unpleasant odors. The specialists are at the highest level, they are attentive to patients, you get really qualified help. Complete absence of rudeness, indifference to visitors. I do not want to hurt anyone, but if this happens, know that in this medical institution you will be treated like a loved one and will take all measures to provide qualified medical care. According to the five-point system, the score is 5+
I was taken by ambulance to the ophthalmology department. An eye ulcer was treated. Many thanks to the doctors. The specialists are excellent, the attitude is attentive, the equipment is the best in Minsk. The eye was saved and the eyesight was saved as much as possible. That's where the positive impressions end. The living conditions are terrible: wards for six people without good ventilation, they can still put a seventh on a bench, there are catastrophically few toilets and showers in the department. After discharge, it is a big problem to get a consultation with the attending doctors. Those who were treated at the clinic come from all over the republic to be checked. You have to wait up to a year to get to a planned operation. Getting into the counseling center is also a problem. I mean, it's time to open a specialized ophthalmology clinic in the capital that is really accessible to Minsk residents and for all residents from the periphery, with good hospital conditions and a large number of paid wards for those who want increased comfort.
Queues at the reception. The toilets are terrible! The handles and locks are broken, there is no paper from the word at all!I have not encountered any staff.
I sincerely thank the doctor of cardiology of the Vasilevicho Clinic Hospital in Minsk. And honey.Sestrubirulyaviktoria, for the excellent attitude to their professors.responsibilities and mental attitude towards patients.😇😁
I would like to thank the doctors of the surgical department number 3. On March 30
, they performed an operation to remove the gallbladder. What wonderful doctors there are, Especially to Associate Professor A. D. Thank you very much!!! Thank you to the surgery Blog, the anastasiologists!!! Thank you all!!!!!!
Excellent organization of ophthalmic care, excellent attitude and top-level specialists. I want to say thank you to Vitt Victoria Antonovna for the good attitude towards patients: both she and the entire department she runs are pleased to come to the consultation. Of course, you have to stand in line. But as without this, there are many of us and everyone has their own character and problems. Someone understands the hard work of doctors, and someone is trying to "clean up the mess." And still, I have never met any dissatisfaction among the staff of the ophthalmological consulting and diagnostic department of 10 GKB!
Awful. Doctors work in hellish conditions. I lost my way in search of a wheelchair for my father. The disabled person had to visit 2 emergency departments before they got to the right one. I bow low to the doctors for the ambulance.
Specialists have an excellent Attitude to patients and attentive attitude.Doctors work conscientiously and thoroughly. The admission process at the center is well thought out and organized.Thank you. on
It is better to die right away than to wait 4 hours for you to be registered , because a million people are accepted , they say wait for me like this for 3 hours , relatives sat until night and they were kicked out
I wanted to make an appointment for an examination, glaucoma.
I waited for 20 minutes, I called from my mobile phone.
Then no one picked it up, don't spend money, go and sign up
The buffet is pumped up. It's tight, like 2 cash desks are working, the queue gets confused, someone shamelessly pops in without a queue, because the organization of the cash desks is unclear. There is little place for a snack near the buffet, dirty tables.
Patients are treated very positively.the service is on the level.but you lose almost a day to consult with specialists...they can be understood by their students and operations...And a bunch more for consultation
I didn't do much eye surgery. All the doctors and nurses are doing well.Very polite and helpful people. And it is also clear that they know their job 100%.I give everyone a fat like)
I would like to express my gratitude to the hospital staff, and especially
to all the staff of the 2nd microsurgery. In this department, my son and I were being treated for bilateral polysigmental pneumonia on the background of coronovirus. my son had a severe form, and I had a moderate one. Against the background of the coronavirus, all possible diseases have worsened. Thanks to the knowledge and efforts of doctors and medical staff, we are on the mend. Thank you for the good human attitude. Special thanks to the head of the department and the attending physician Irina Ivanovna. To the little sisters for their injections and ivs, which they put on around the clock. Thank you for your humanity. Thanks for everything.
The doctors are wonderful, they are very attentive and patient. However, there are a lot of people, their turn does not last long. One disadvantage is that it is difficult to get through to the registry
to make an appointment.
Polite doctors, I liked that at a busy moment it was clear that they worked very quickly
Disgusting queues, in order to make a routine inspection, you need to kill at least 3 hours, and I also sat at the superiors for an hour to sign documents
