In March 2025, we visited Georgia for the first time, stayed in hotels for 4 nights. The hotel is located in the center of the old town, all tourist attractions are within walking distance.The hotel was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. Excellent staff, very authentic decor, with a carefully preserved history, breakfasts in a restaurant with panoramic views are a charge of positive emotions for the whole day. Thank you for your hospitality. 5 stars! I recommend.

Excellent hotel, the room is replenished daily with gel and shampoo, stationary hair dryer, cleaning every day. The breakfasts are excellent. The hotel itself is located in the old town, we were very lucky, the view from our room was on the square, it was something incredible, I wanted to sit for hours, in the morning with a cup of coffee, and in the evening with a glass of wine, a part of my soul remained there forever....

Traveling in Georgia, we stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with breakfast. Only positive impressions remained from the stay at the hotel. Excellent hotel, with a high level of service, located within walking distance from the old town, sulfur baths, Rike Park with the bridge of peace, 5 minutes to Avlabari metro station. The breakfasts are excellent, the restaurant has panoramic windows overlooking the old town, every morning at breakfast we admired the gorgeous views outside the window. There is also a restaurant with an open veranda where you can have lunch or dinner, and also enjoy the view, especially in the evening when the lights turn on. The prices in the restaurant are certainly not low, but the cuisine and service are excellent. Separately, I want to say about the hotel staff, I have not met such hospitality and responsiveness to guests for a long time. Without a doubt I recommend this hotel, I think it fully corresponds to the declared 4 stars.

We have been coming to Georgia once a year for the last few years. Both by yourself and with friends. We often stayed at this hotel . It's not new, it has a history. It is located just on a hill, the very center of the old city of Tbilisi. Everything is within walking distance. The staff is very friendly, Russian-speaking, a good restaurant on the top floor with a terrace, a gorgeous view of the city. Rooms with balconies , there is a terrace , it is very soulful to sit, drink wine , smoke , talk . The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. I repeat, the hotel is not new, but cozy and pleasant. It corresponds to the price .

Very nice hotel!

Very nice view from the room, friendly and knowledgeable receptionist. A little problem with the handles. It falls off at the refrigerator, it wobbles at the toilet. Otherwise, it is very comfortable.

I can talk for hours about this hotel, but more about the restaurant.
The most amazing view of the old city of Tbilisi .
Gorgeous outdoor terrace.
Piano in the evenings.
Upon arrival , I immediately go to this restaurant and before I fly to Moscow , a farewell dinner is always only here .
From favorite dishes Chikhirtma soup., Georgian salad tomatoes, cucumbers, walnuts and then the whole menu.
Great waiter service .
The dishes are served very quickly and it always pleases me .

Excellent view from the balcony to the Peace Square, the monument to King David and the fortress. Clear. But it's very noisy at night. Disco until 5 o'clock in the morning. A very meager buffet.

The hotel administration left a very unpleasant aftertaste. We stayed with a group of 7 people, all had a separate settlement. Everyone was credited with using the minibar, although no one did it. To avoid negative feedback, after payment, the administration cancelled our reservation as cancelled.
Be careful when paying at this hotel!

I really liked everything. I'm not sure, but it seems that the hotel was built on the site of old buildings, lovingly preserving their spirit, and maybe even the details. For example, the balcony in our room seems old, but very well restored. It was necessary to go down one and a half floors to the room from the entrance to the hotel, but from the balcony there is a stunning view from above (!) - the center of Tbilisi, the famous baths, the river. In general, words cannot describe the building itself, but the fact that there are people who want and know how to build like this warms my soul. Great!
And everything else was great too - wonderful people, comfortable rooms, and a great rooftop restaurant.
If I happen to stay in Tbilisi again, I will be very glad to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is small, we were on the lowest floor. The windows faced the wall. The bathroom smelled like mold or cats. But! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and takes place in a room with huge windows with a magnificent view of the city. The location is incredibly good. We always walked to the hotel. So in general, I recommend it.
