The location is good. There are almost always queues, because there are a lot of young people (there are several educational institutions nearby) and a park nearby, which "attracts" a certain number of customers. Due to the limited square footage, the product selection is average, but not critical. The prices are the same as everywhere else, the staff is friendly.
