We arrived at the store an hour before closing time. The trading floor is in terrible condition. The shelves are half empty, sugar was scattered on the floor, in general, not the best presentation for the buyer. But if it can still be understood somehow, because until that time only this store is open, and there is simply no alternative. But the absence of at least one sober employee is extremely difficult to understand. The senior cashier was completely unconscious, could not make a cancellation at both cashiers in any way, they sent customers home with the phrase "the cashiers are not working and it's not our fault." People did not disperse and waited patiently, while I would like to note even without a single reproach towards the staff. Apparently, this is not the first time here.
20 minutes later, after the Senior cashier's smoke break, she somehow made a cancellation at one of the cash registers and, as they say, things went well.
It's a very unpleasant situation. Please take some measures.
