There is no place for the client to write a thank you or a claim in the store, I was offered to do it on the showcase of the refrigeration unit, while the handle was refused (a trifle, but nice), fortunately the buyer turned out to be responsive - he helped out. As for the product, in general, everything is not bad - maybe, although small things like midges in the drains leave an unpleasant residue. The most valuable thing in this store are the customers, but with such an attitude towards them, there will soon be no customers left in this store.
