Thank you very much to this copy center for providing high-quality services. Elena, a wonderful employee, does everything quickly and accurately. I am satisfied with the work I have received and will apply again. I can safely say that one of the best mining centers in Vitebsk, or even the best!

I came here on 16.05 to print out the summary and sew it into a notebook. They printed out the sheets for me, as it should be. I took them away, cut them at home as I needed (the format was less than A4), handwritten what I needed, highlighted what I needed with a text separator. I brought it to sew that evening. Everything seemed to be fine, the girl took the sheets, went to sew, we stood waiting for the outline to be sewn. Suddenly, the girl came out and, without giving a reason, said that it was better to pick up the summary tomorrow. To the question "why?" She replied, "Well, tomorrow is better." I ignored it, agreed, paid and left. On the morning of 17.05, I took the summary (another girl was already working), when I reached the university I found that the first couple of pages were different: the color of the highlighter was yellow, the text became bold and less legible, and what was hand-drawn did not differ from the printed text. The conclusion is obvious: the girl somehow ruined the first pages, unsealed them and inserted them. Without even saying or asking. It could have been solved on a dream and done the way it needed to be done. This is not the first time there have been some incidents in this copy center. If there were another one in proximity to the university, I would not apply here at all.
The situation is not critical, but the very fact of hiding your own joint ... Be careful when visiting this place😕
