We paid for the fuel pellets (pellets) of this organization, upon arrival of the carrier in the warehouse it turned out that all the packages were in holes or torn, folded any way!
Somehow they were able to collect 30% of the paid volume in the end, and the rest promised to bring it with a new batch!
After inspection of the received goods, it was revealed that all packages in holes and during storage of pellets will absorb moisture and collapse!
The supplier acknowledged the fact of poor-quality packaging and the pellets themselves and promised to replace them with new ones!
Time passed, the pellets were not replaced, the supplier refused to replace them and did not return the money for the goods not delivered and of poor quality!
I do not recommend anyone to work with this organization!!!

We were served quickly and complained moderately. I bought birch sap and honey. They are polite. They work until 18. I'm happy with everything. However, it is not very convenient to look for them -they are practically invisible from the MKAD. You can get there by public transport-there is a bus stop nearby. There is free parking for customers-very convenient.
