The maintenance staff simply does not understand that they are the maintenance staff of this institution working for a salary and providing services that are paid for by vacationers in this institution . I would like to convey to the owner of this establishment that the restaurant will not be able to work on delicious food alone . The essence of the problem is that we wanted to have dinner , booked a table , made a deposit , but without deciding on the choice of food , we decided to discuss it at home and order by phone , I'll clarify again ^ made a deposit ^ . After we called by phone to place an order , we were told that they do not accept orders only in fact , they refused to go to a meeting for our deposited money. Since knowing the service and maintenance of this institution, we knew that we would have to wait for food for an hour. We were extremely disappointed not only in this institution but also in the people working there .

We arrived there with a group of 6 people and 2 children. We agreed to set up a table hoping to have a delicious meal. After 30 minutes we were given a table and after 10 more we made an order. In addition, there was a bottle of water in the order, which we asked to serve immediately. After another 30 minutes, even the water did not appear, and the waitress informed us that the hot dishes from 2 hours were waiting, even the unfortunate hodgepodge, which is a pure water preparation. We were offered to order pizzas and salads and were told that they would be given within 30-40 minutes. 40 minutes after landing, we went to the bar to get water ourselves. An hour after boarding (20 minutes after replacing the order), it turned out that there were no sausages for pizza and they would also not be able to give the pizza away. Simply put, you need to go to this place well-fed, because while they will serve everything to you, you will already be hungry enough. In our case, we were hungry and just lost an hour of time. For which we have nothing and have not been served. You'd better choose another place if you want to eat. I wish the institution to train the staff and set up the kitchen. Because giving a hodgepodge for two hours with far from a full load of tables is not just a lot, it is unthinkable.

The kitchen is at the highest level, everything is always delicious, but the work of the staff is a little unclear, in principle, there are apparently one or two cooks in the kitchen, since on an unloaded day the expectation of cold snacks is 1.5 hours, hot up to three hours, the most interesting thing is that they always bring earlier, but why does the staff take responsibility to overestimate waiting time, because after such words, 9 out of 10 visitors will leave, and the staff is constantly coming up with new rules, from not booking by phone or not accepting orders for food after 20:00, if the number of guests at the table is more than 6, to the rule if they sat on the summer terrace and it became cool, then even if there are seats it will no longer be possible to move inside, it is not clear by whom this is regulated. There is also a practice of putting a reserved sign on all tables, but upon the arrival of guests, the signs are removed by the staff after consulting with someone at the bar, that is, who to sit down, who not to sit down, apparently, an individual approach. In fact, all this will not discourage the desire to go for a wonderful kitchen in this institution, but every time you visit, you already have thoughts about what the staff will come up with this time to scare away their guests.
