And finally, the most disgusting thing is the service.
Waiter Nikolai behaves impressively, keeps his hand in his pocket, shows with his whole appearance that he "doesn't care." He looks like yesterday's taxi driver or locksmith, but not a waiter.
My impressions of the restaurant were negative.

In principle, everything is very tasty. But we waited a long time for our order. And the waiters are kind of tortured, tired and indifferent. They put some kind of crumpled napkin on the table for some reason. The toilet is in terrible condition. That didn't add to the optimism either.

A cozy cafe. After a long walk, it is a great place to relax with a cup of delicious tea, as well as have lunch or dinner. By the way, I have never tasted a more satisfying and delicious borscht anywhere else. It is a pleasure to sit at a table on the shore of Nemiga and admire from the window the embankment, the river and the catamarans and boats floating smoothly along it! The staff is very attentive, polite and helpful. They treat any request with understanding and a desire to help. In the evening, the backlight turns on, which makes the cafe even more cozy! A wonderful place! Be sure to visit!

It's a pretty strange place. The staff was not polite, it was rather uncomfortable to communicate with the waiter, sometimes the waiter's requests to come up were frankly ignored. The bathroom was dirty. The phone was forbidden to charge, they said that the management does not allow it... The food is delicious, we ate with pleasure, but the residue from the staff remained. I probably wouldn't go there again.

I can't describe the pros and cons. When we were in Minsk, we passed by many times. There was a desire to come in - there was a beautiful view of Svisloch from the veranda, but everything was always busy. Today, in the rain on Monday, we passed by, the veranda was almost empty. We went in, asked the waiter about the service, he reluctantly answered. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come up to us, but they didn't wait and left. There was a "Reserved" sign on many tables, maybe the guys were just spoiled by their demand.

A wonderful place! The location is beyond praise, the veranda with a magnificent view of the river is the best option to enjoy a wonderful summer day, we were lucky that we found a place without a reservation. They took pancakes, and they were delicious: both sorcerers with homemade minced meat, and classic pancakes with chicken giblets under creamy mushroom sauce. Excellent ice-cold beer, indispensable on a hot summer day. Fast and courteous service with a touch of humor. I liked everything very much.

The location is good, but the work of the cafe itself leaves much to be desired. At first, they offered a table at the entrance, but it was cool outside and indoors, too. I went and chose the places on the second floor myself, it's warmer there. It didn't work out very well in the interior. I ordered draniki with meat (warlocks), standard to taste, nothing ordinary. They didn't throw much ice into the cocktail, so I had to ask for an ice container separately. The service is not outstanding, but also not bad, average. The price tags are standard for Minsk. The music is restaurant-like, it feels like I'm in the 90s :)

A great place with professionals who work and love their job, and do not work off the day. We were on May 9, of course, they immediately said that the expectation was increased, but they gave it back faster than promised.
The menu is for lovers of local cuisines, 100% disappearing. Belarusian cuisine in all its glory, I don't know what else I've seen. There is something to drink, but there are also soft drinks. The establishment is large as much as 2 floors, the second floor of one of the wings has 2 rooms, one has ± 10 tables with a view of the city and the river, the other has a more intimate 5-6 tables with a window to the courtyard. And the views from the summer veranda are chic, the city center, the river, the historical part, and the tavern itself in colorful knowledge, of which there are many nearby. There are a couple of stoics in the courtyard.

My honest review after visiting on May 14, 24:
The cafe needs to change the waiters in hoodies and ordinary clothes, to friendly staff, I was not pleased when a person who seemed to be walking by took and brought an order.
The food was delicious, but for example there is no bread for soups and we were not offered it.The hodgepodge was delicious by the way.
Draniki-I think it tastes better on the neighboring streets, these were some kind of raw.

A good place on the shore
(somehow, even the St. Petersburg Georgian restaurant on the embankment reminded me).
There is an inner hall.
There are places under umbrellas on the street.

The refrigerator is very tasty - tastier than in other places.
I still didn't understand the taste of pancakes in Belarus (I make them differently), they look like potato chips.
Overall, it's delicious.
The first time there was no waiter, he answered a simple question rudely and "fuck off."
The second time I was pleased with the attitude of the staff, and the kitchen was just as delicious.

One of the best gastro places in Minsk, in the Belarusian style, ethnic cuisine. Every time I visit Minsk, I have dinner there. In winter, indoors on the 2nd floor, in summer on the veranda. Hot dishes wait 15-30 minutes, they do not fly by noticeably. In the beginning, we take beer, not pasteurized Adivaria, with a plate of snacks, lard, etc., while we try, they bring delicious borsch with hot rolls, then Granny's prysmaki (homemade sausage with potatoes) and 300 grams of tincture with pepper), you can have a second beer after, it feels like here. Nearby, people ride catamarans, a view of the Svisloch River. Beauty! In the evening, guys play electric guitars on the other side of the river.

Almost all the tables are reserved, although we sat for about two hours, no one came to these tables, and visitors who were interested in free places were refused. The waiters were waiting for quite a long time, after the previous visitors, the tables are not even wiped and used napkins are not removed, thank you, although the dishes are taken away. We cooked fairly simple dishes like pancakes and pots of meat for about an hour. I do not recommend this place.
