The waiter who brought the menu calmed down, saying that everything was working. We waited half an hour for the order to be accepted, but "our" waitress, according to the waiter, "was in no hurry" to come to us, because the cooks had already left and no one would cook for us. I was impressed by the Belarusian service. Let's start with the toilet. You come to an institution to eat, but there is nothing to wash your hands with: there is stupidly no soap in the toilet; at least there are hand wipes. Instead of pleasant music, an ordinary radio with advertisements is playing on the veranda. The release of propaganda news on the radio significantly spoiled the appetite. That's not why I went there. The waiters walk around as if they are lost. No one cleaned the next table for a long time, after the visitors left, because of this there was no place for two new visitors and they went to look for another place. The food was delicious, there are no questions. I had to wait for coffee for a very long time. Was he transported there directly from Italy? Then they waited the same amount for the bill. The place is beautiful, the food is delicious, but the service is just terrible :(

The waiters are not friendly. There is no food from the word at all. They took "Caesar", in reality a cheap parody of a salad. Tasteless dressing, where coriander was added, plastic tomatoes. The soups are barely warm. Borscht is disgusting. I don't even know how to describe him. Beetroot diluted water with a small amount of vegetables and with the addition of ham is more like a tasteless hodgepodge. Nothing goes with borscht - no dumplings, no garlic with lard. The place is called "traditional cuisine" - I doubt it very much 🫣

We chose according to the menu - the waiter just doesn't care, he served a table with 3 girls. 6 times they asked when they would take the order - the answer is a couple of minutes.... He walks by pretending that we are not there. The second waiter turns the clock ... 30 minutes of waiting and did not even accept the order....
