The advantage is that the location is good, on the waterfront. And restaurants nearby. The disadvantage is that the price for the room does not correspond to the price itself, the room was "killed". We have 200 thousand of them. The view from the restaurant is good.

Great view from the window! The location is excellent. Life hits the key. In Izmir, it seemed to me, the locals are different from other Turks - more relaxed, partying)). The city lives day and night!

The room stock is tired. Especially the bathroom. Otherwise, everything is fine. The linen is clean, cleaning every day. The breakfast is not bad. Even with soup))) The location is 5+++. There's no question about it. In general, the price/ quality is quite normal

The hotel is just a nightmare, there is no service, the condition of the murdered hotel near Vorkuta. Everything is ugly, including torn bed linen, worn towels, worn switches, collapsed ceilings. In three days, the room was not cleaned at all, forget about the minibar at all, even the view from the window did not help, since the door to the balcony simply did not open and was broken, and the windows could not be opened. It stinks like a stable from the dampness. Breakfasts suck, boiled eggs and powdered sausages, fruits are not washed, it's easier to buy shawarma on the street. There are plenty of good hotels nearby, Kay, Park Inn, Marriott, and others, you can't settle in this place, it's a waste of money and a complete distraction.

The suite room with sea view is a bomb. I've been to several hotels in Izmir, this one looks like the best. But the rest of the parameters are modest. For example, there is no omelet for breakfast, but only boiled eggs. I was fine. Coffee is only on request. Also ok. But if the weather is sunny, then the view from the room solves everything!
