Terribly, the agreed repair amount was 370 rubles, in fact, when they called and said that the car could be picked up, the cost increased by 200 rubles (without a call for approval). The old spare parts were not given away, although I made a note in the order order.

I serviced a Kia RIA car, I did not like three points:
1. I ordered original spare parts, they were not shown to me before installation, after they were not put in the trunk, although I indicated it in the statement before.
2. Turned off the DVR, why, is there something hiding during the work?
3. Removed the crankcase protection, there was dried dirt on it, which is easier to sweep it off and install protection, to my question, the locksmith did not react and continued to twist until the administrator said. I won't go anymore.
I have been going to them for more than 3 years to service and repair Hyundai, the prices are adequate, there were no complaints about the work, the service is good. If we worked until 19 o'clock and on Saturday, it would be great at all.
I've been servicing cars with them for a long time. Previously, the approach to the client was better, during any repair, the rest of the car's components were examined and if a malfunction was found, they immediately reported it. And the prices for repairs have now been raised.

I did suspension diagnostics, Kia-Sportage. Then I changed the stabilizer rods. Affordable prices for work and spare parts. I will continue to be serviced.
A good service station for Koreans. We have finally found good specialists who treat our Hyundai. Before that, we tried a bunch of HUNDRED with their "specialists", where they pump out money, but they don't solve the problem. Now we are only contacting here. Recommended
