The hotel has a good location - the center, everything is close, and there is its own green area, although it does not shine with well-groomed. The rooms are spacious enough, the furniture is old, but everything was functioning. Cleaning is done on request. The food is not for gourmets, I was even pleased with the lack of desserts.

I just got back from vacation. I chose a budget hotel, I flew alone, so there was a significant overpayment, with a good location and a good rating, similar hotels in Side and Alanya were more expensive, so I decided to take a chance.
A wonderful Kindergarten administrator works at the reception (he is from St. Petersburg, so there was no language barrier). Very sociable, will close all questions. My room was lovely, spacious with a view of the mountains. The plumbing is old, but working, the towels are not new, but clean... The cleaning is done, the towel is changed. I had a very active vacation, so I didn't even notice it... But on nutrition.. very modest... But, there is an opportunity to buy and taste local cuisine and fruits... Wine and beer are quite good.. So, decide... You need to understand if the hotel is cheaper than similar ones by 150-200 euros..don't expect freebies.. Overall, I'm happy... I want to say separately that the hammam and massage at the nearby wasserman hotel are very good... I recommend, Sali's massage therapist, looks like Schwarzenegger..He even has the nickname Rimbaud. I didn't go to the hammam, but I really wanted to on the first day, but no one went for a massage.

We had a vacation with my husband for the May holidays in 2023. The location of the hotel is ideal, in the very center. The rooms are large, for three or more. The old room stock, so you shouldn't expect anything special from the room. But it's spacious, the bed is comfortable, that's the main thing for me. We didn't have a balcony, we chose a street view. The street is pedestrian and by night all noises subside. There is no refrigerator, an old TV, there is a hairdryer and shampoos in the bathroom. The air conditioner was working, but it hung on some kind of mode and did not switch, it blew too hard (number 224). It's good that we didn't need it, it's comfortable in May without it. Special thanks to the staff, they do everything in their power and even more, they will always prompt and help. Everything is scrubbed and cleaned without interruption, repaired instantly. Breakfast starts at 7.30 and everyone is already in place, at 10 pm after cleaning they disperse, and so every day! As for the food, there is more than enough of it, and everything is very tasty. Wines, beers, sodas - all without restrictions until 10 pm. I won't eat as much as they offer. And there was always enough assortment. The meat is mostly chicken, but what kind! And it is always cooked in different ways. The boss is just a wizard. Very dignified. I stayed in different 5* and 3* hotels. I don't know what kind of fussy people write about food, but everything is quite on the level. I'll even put 3 * plus, if not 4*. There were omelets 3 times in 8 days, there are always hard-boiled eggs, and French fries were always there, grilled vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, pepper, etc.) - in the form of cold snacks and hot ones. A bunch of all kinds of greens (salads, arugula, mint, dill, etc.), fresh and salted cucumbers and tomatoes, yogurt, various jams, honey, cereals, porridge, everything is different every day. For lunch, there is a variety of hot dishes, soup, for dinner there are also sweets, and fruits (apples, watermelon, oranges). You can order a takeaway if you're leaving. Orange juice can be ordered for an additional fee of $ 1 for 2 cups. Turkish coffee for 1 dollar. But I'm more used to regular coffee from the vending machine. It is free throughout the day, as well as tea and other drinks. Water separately in the cooler, please. There is cleanliness and beauty around, it is very pleasant, it is clear that the staff is trying to please their guests. For the hotel, I slept-washed-ate-went traveling / sunbathing everything is very decent. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only downstairs, this is the only oddity. Separately, I would like to note that the hotel's pool is one of the largest in size for the center of Kemer, with a depth of 1.4 m. We ourselves only swam in the sea, but for those who prefer to relax on sun beds by the pool - an ideal option. Transfer to the beach takes and picks up who needs it. We went to sunbathe in other places, because we rented a car for the whole vacation. We went to the sights more. But before breakfast we went swimming, it's a 7-minute walk to the nearest beach, not far. There is also a tennis table with rackets, we enjoyed playing). In summary, the hotel is very decent for 3 stars! The location is great. Not really for children, they still need a little different entertainment. But if you take into account the prices for it in May, then it is possible with children))) in the end, no one canceled the car rental and many other activities for children outside the hotel for an additional fee.the fee. The guys who worked at the pool bar are very responsive and friendly! (they even taught Turkish). The man at the reception is very kind and loves children. He did not ignore our requests, but on the contrary, treated us with understanding! The cleaners changed the linen every three days (steadily!) . There is no special variety among the food , but everything is delicious ! There was always meat (schnitzel, sausages) . There were fish , but rarely. It should also be noted that the people working at this hotel are very generous (especially compared to the Wasserman Hotel, which is located opposite). Here you could pour juice from the vending machine as much as you wanted and coffee, water. They even poured sprite, cola, fanta, wine and beer for free. I note that at the Wasserman hotel you have to pay $ 2 per Wi-Fi per day (free of charge in Korient) and paid water in the cooler! The pool is very clean, I must pay tribute! Regularly cleaned every evening!

Terrible hotel. Tez tour just to sell.
Who writes like "what do you want from 3 *", know that the 3rd line and the lack of territory are enough for 3 *, but not torn sheets and unsanitary conditions.
Sticky floor and tables, noisy antediluvian conder and refrigerator, and even the flushing tank screams like a locomotive.
The room smells of old clothes and sewage.
Flies are flying over the food distribution, but the food is not even covered with a film.
There is zero noise insulation, music is playing on the territory, late-night revelers bang doors in the corridor all night. Otherwise, the door cannot be closed - it was swollen from the dampness, only by slapping.
Also, we have never seen a transfer to the beach, walks from a fool. We waited twice, at 10 and at 14, in the photo the hours of his work. Does it exist at the end of the season?
Wi-Fi is only at the reception, there is no in the room.
I think it should be a shame to receive guests like this. And sell tours there. We eventually escaped to a nearby apartment hotel.

We rested with my husband in August for 7 days at this hotel. We stopped by at 01:00 at night, a guard met us, took us to a room with a view of the main Estuary street, wooden windows with small panes, as well as where there was a double bed. We decided that we would not stay in this particular room, because while we were on the bus to the hotel, we saw how the nightlife of the city was bustling on the main streets)) For 500 rubles, the guard gladly changed our room to another one, albeit with two beds, but with a balcony that overlooked the courtyard. I would like to say right away that the hotel is not a family hotel, there is no children's area, so it is quiet and cozy everywhere. The pool in the courtyard was closed at 19 o'clock, so you could safely open the windows. During the day, including at night, the speakers turn on with prayer, it was very loud in the first couple of days, then it got used to it. I personally liked the breakfasts at the hotel the most, a wide variety of cheeses, sausages (boiled), jams, jams, sooo delicious hot fresh bread, drinks, Turkish tea, coffee, juices, water. Drinks at the bar are naturally not very tasty, as they are free (wine, beer). The dinners consisted of a lot of greens, vegetables, rice, stew, chickpeas, chicken in different interpretations, there was no fish.
We took our Russian Alenka chocolate to the hotel in advance, as the Turks love it very much and you can exchange something for it. We left chocolates and sweets to the cleaners and we had fresh towels every day, cleaning, the bed was changed 1 time in a week and this is normal. The waiters at the hotel also give free tickets to the club and can come with us to relax and escort us back. Their service is also good, they immediately remove dirty dishes from the table themselves, they do not speak Russian, but there is a translator on the phone, so it was easy to communicate.
We didn't sit in the hotel itself, we were constantly going somewhere. I swam in the hotel pool only once, the water is clean, there is a shower with running water, sun beds, umbrellas on the territory.
Unfortunately, I didn't catch Wi-Fi in our room, only at the reception, but it didn't cause any inconvenience.
The beach is 150 m from the hotel along the main Estuary street. There are many different trees around, blooming and not, for example, lime, olives, oranges grew on the territory of the hotel.
If we have a night tour, then they leave breakfast at the reception.
The beach is Galichny, the sea is clean, the hotel does not have its own beach. There is a transfer to the sandy beach, with a very cheerful driver, he is still in our memory)))) He will bring you back with a cheerful mood.
So, I can't say anything bad about the hotel. I want to go back there again. Everything can be settled and there is no point in being dissatisfied with something.

The hotel is for the non-picky, what do you want from the three!?
The food is well done, everything is cooked perfectly, BUT everything is monotonous, vegetables, vegetables and vegetables again. Cakes are only for dinner and only 4 types and then alternating!
ALCOHOL - BEER AND THAT'S IT!!! THERE is NO OTHER, but there is the most lame wine 6€ per bottle!
The rooms are not large, only the second and third floors, there is no elevator, the stairs are steep! The ground floor is under the lease of a restaurant and shopping pavilions.
The territory is not large, well maintained.
The staff is only in the dining room in front of the eyes and at the bar during the day. As it is, there are very few of them, two cleaners on the floors and a manager at the reception desk, a bartender at drinks and his assistant.
There is Wi-Fi, but when everything is in the hotel, it just weighs, it's weak, it's free!
The beach is a separate conversation. There is a good one, BUT - they take a bus there, collecting from several hotels, the corient is the second of all, then the rest. There are two flights to the beach before lunch and both full buses at 9 and 10, and one back at 12 and get in as you want! IT'S NOT VERY CONVENIENT! We took a ride a couple of times and began to walk to the city beach, 8-10 minutes foot by foot and on the spot, we did not take sun beds, we laid towels on the lawns in the shade under palm trees, just great! And there is no crush and no schedule, waiting, next to BURGER KING and good not expensive ice cream!
In general, we went to the top three ourselves, but the top three are different!
The location of the hotel is good, the city center is not far from the clock tower.
My opinion is of course the owner is greedy! and so everything is clean and cultured. No fuss, no hustle, a small hotel - a relaxing stay!

There is one answer to everything - the hotel has just opened, not all services can be provided, there are not enough funds. But, the hotel opened, we arrived... In general, the hotel does not correspond to three stars. Of course, I had a rest at the end of June and the beginning of July, the weather is beautiful, the sea is super, it's all gone. But.. I will not return to this hotel anymore. The Internet is very weak, only in the lobby, it does not catch in the room, although the concept states that Wi-Fi is also in the room. If you are not in the room, then the air conditioner cannot work, and if it works without you, then there is a fine for this.As for nutrition, the food is monotonous every day, almost the same thing that is not finished today, tomorrow it will be processed into salads. For breakfast, throughout the rest, boiled egg, not at all tasty sausage, cheese, herbs, vegetables and cereals with milk. And so it is every day. Somehow, the desire of the owner of the hotel to make the rest in it really comfortable is not visible, so that tourists would like to return here again.

Not a bad three. With good location and food. There was a free transfer to the sandy beach. We walked to the city pebble beach - 7 minutes on foot. Good food, not very large rooms.
