Today I visited the Cinnamon coffee shop, which recently opened on Sovetskaya Street, near Didas. We were attracted by the cozy interior and the location in the center. I ordered a regular flat, got comfortable on a green armchair by the window, sat, waited ... it took at least 10 minutes, in the absence of visitors. They bring me coffee that doesn't even look close to flat, no color, no foam at all, I say I won't drink this kind of coffee. The barista apologizes, offers to redo it. I'm waiting for the second option. There is still hope. They bring the second flat. Even worse than the first one...😢😕👎 The money was returned at my request... I have a question for the owner and those who served the visitors today. Is it really that hard to teach a barista how to whip milk? And if it doesn't work out, then keep inept baristas from working until they learn how. Complete disappointment and outrage at the quality of services. I will not advise anyone to visit this coffee shop and, unfortunately, I will not go myself anymore.😕 And no interior and convenient location of a coffee shop in the city center will fix it...
