Cheap and tasty, but there is one minus the toilet, a crowd of people, and so tasty and a lot of choice, I advise you if you still have a child after school, it will be cool to go to the seventh school for dinner.

An ordinary inexpensive cafe. It reminded me of a Soviet-era dining room. Nothing to do with home cooking. Simple dishes made from cheap products, after which heartburn torments and you want to eat in half an hour.

When we arrive in Pavlodar , we always stop at Cinnamon very tasty and cozy , everything is fresh , parking is large , very convenient , I recommend the dining room 👍
