Disgusting attitude towards customers.I took off photos of my hair in advance, showed what I want.The administrator wrote to the master, arriving at the appointed time, the master to whom I was recorded, refused to paint me, because this "colorist" wanted to do complex coloring without lightening, despite the fact that I wanted a bright color, and the color I currently have did not allow me to do this.The master wanted to do this service for the same money as with lightening (less work, the same money), she was not responsible for the quality, she wanted me to agree to any result of her work.Moreover, she justified herself by saying that she was also a human being.And the fact that I spent my time, I gave them everything on a platter, no discount, no apologies.I do not recommend this studio, it is unreliable.The master is clearly not a professional, he does not want to be responsible for his work, he cannot predict the outcome of his work, and the administrator's attitude is not optimistic.

I found this studio for myself 2 years ago. I do haircuts here with master Julia, as well as coloring.
The hand is light, the quality is great.
I did hair coloring for the first time and the result amazed me.
The prices are good, tea/coffee, everything is polite, the atmosphere is positive.
I really like this place.

About 2 years ago, I was advised by a studio where I can apply for high-quality coloring. I am happy to become a client and visit the studio and my master Tatiana!
I went for monochrome coloring, but gray hair appears more often (because of nerves), so we switched to contouring with light strands.
It was very unusual at first, but then I realized what a good decision it was. Thanks to Master Tatiana for her professionalism!

Complex coloring is just an expectation/reality.
We did absolutely not do what I asked, but in fact it turned out fine. In fact, there was no haircut in the complex, they trimmed the dry hair quickly and forgot about the bangs until she asked to update it.
The salon itself can hardly be called a salon, an ordinary hairdresser requiring repairs and cleaning, and no one cleans the toilet at all. The receptionist doesn't greet you, and she doesn't even ask for permission about the before and after photos.
The tea was brought in one lump of sugar, which was on a cookie, and they obviously hadn't heard that not everyone could have gluten, but it was better to have a candy wrapper than three cookies without.
Service for 2*, no more.

A very pleasant studio. The masters are just bunnies. They listen to exactly what you want to do and get the result, support the conversation, treat you to coffee and do not notice how time flies by. They will help out with charging and pills. I've made a note and I think I'll come back.

A hairdresser who does not appreciate her clients, when lightening the coloring in one tone and haircut, the amount was taken as with complex coloring, the color was washed off in 3 shampoos, when asked to solve the situation, they offered to come for re-tinting, agreed on the day, on the appointed day the administrator called back and asked to come earlier than scheduled and hearing refusal to transfer, they simply canceled the recording citing health problems of a specialist ..... terrible attitude towards customers and disproportionate price tag and quality. I do not recommend visiting this salon!!!

Instead of complex coloring, I received a monochrome for bleached hair, and the cost is as complex. And even after the first washing of the hair, the color was significantly washed off. No business ethics. Clients are discussed directly in front of other clients. I was impressed and I'm unlikely to come again

There was a complex complex coloring + grooming + haircut
I was very unhappy with the visit. I said it right away in the studio. But they didn't even apologize to me and took full payment as for a high-quality service rendered.
First of all, what the master did to me is not even close to what I showed.
Secondly, instead of complex coloring, I was given the usual highlighting, which grows in a clear transition, and not smoothly as with complex coloring.
Thirdly, the so-called care is not clear what. The mask, after which the hair was very stiff, and after washing the hair, the hair was like straw.
I'm not talking about the haircut at all. Instead of a ladder in front, they made me bangs.
I paid not as for highlighting, which is much cheaper, but as for complex coloring.
The difference from what I had before visiting the studio is almost imperceptible, except for the length of my hair and poor bangs. I understand that all this is fixable, but I'm sorry for my wasted time and money.
I would not recommend visiting this studio to anyone.

It took me a long time to choose a studio. I chose it. I signed up in 3 days. The recording was confirmed on 04.05., I drove 70 kilometers away, so that the administrator would tell me that they did not record me and they can offer me to come tomorrow, and as compensation, a haircut or care, which is already a gift according to the promotion! Hire normal admins, otherwise they'll let you go around the world!

I can't appreciate the work of the masters, but the work of the administrator is terrible. I signed up online for a haircut at 15:30, they called me back, asked me to come half an hour later. I said that it doesn't work that way in time. Then they told me that at 15:40 it would be great. We did a complex coloring-we fixed the failed blonde at home. The work dragged on for a little more than 5 hours. The master completed all the procedures without haste, even though the salon's working hours had already ended by that time.
The atmosphere is friendly. There is no pompous pathos. The prices are average, definitely not expensive. The quality of the work performed is at a high level. Will we come again? Definitely yes!
