I wanted to make an appointment with a dentist, first I called the first number - they hung up, then I called the second number - the man answered, neither hello nor goodbye, just said: "Well?". I asked if I had called the dentist correctly (since they answered as if I had called a personal number), the man replied: "But." Next, I asked if I could make an appointment, to which the man just hung up. I'm just shocked, I would like to contact the owner of the clinic and ask if it is customary for you to communicate with clients this way, or usually according to your mood?
