to call the installer, but he could not help in any way. Then a few more people came, clicked, thought, wondered, and said that since the window was leaking, it was no longer their problem.
The plans for the near future include an appeal to the court, but they refused to resolve the issue in a pre-trial manner.

The most terrible installation of windows. I installed 3 windows at different times. The first two were great. There are already problems with the third one. I waited several days for the head of the installers. Then another week of manufacturing a new product. Made.
When I contacted them again last week, they assured me that everything would be fine.
As a result, the measurer made a mistake and did not make the window sash correctly. Okay, you can live. But in the evening I saw a montage. All the slopes were kept on sealant and moved away by the evening. Huge gaps. They dripped sealant on the windowsill, wiped themselves with a solvent. Now the nasty stains. I'll start dealing with them tomorrow. Bottom line - if you don't want nerves, don't go outside the windows.
