This is the best tasting in the Kvareli district! And Victoria's best tour guide! You can see how much the locals love winemaking and their native land, as Victoria shows! Love is felt in every word and contribution of every resident! We learned in great detail and interestingly how the winemaking process takes place here! And finally, it's better not to come to the tasting of who's driving, you definitely won't get out sober, then you'll have to eat khinkali nearby for 4 hours)) I highly recommend visiting here! And the wines themselves are very tasty, high-quality and there is a large selection, more than in the store and definitely better!!
Excellent excursions and wine. There are Russian-speaking guides, tasting after the tour, prices in the shop at the factory are very reasonable, I recommend buying wine products with you there) there is also a cafe where they sell ice cream with wine for five lari and there is Wi-Fi. The plant itself is small, but the excursions are very interesting, even for those who have been on such excursions it will be informative. The story is about the traditional Georgian technology of making wine "quarry". I recommend.
If this is your first time in Georgia, then it is worth visiting the Kindzmarauli Corporation plant. It is one of the oldest and largest wine producers in Georgia. Located in Kakheti, in the city of Kvareli.
Kindzmarauli Corporation existed back in the days of the Soviet Union. In 1993, the plant was bought into private ownership. The oldest buildings of the 16th century are still preserved.
There is a small museum on the territory of the factory, where devices that were previously used in the production of wine are displayed.
There is a wine storage in the basement of the Kindzmarauli factory, where cognac alcohol is stored in barrels at a temperature of 14 ° C. There is also a storage of elite wine.
The cost of the tour is 8 lari per person. You will be shown the full production of wine, as it was made in ancient times and as it is made now. Our tour was interesting and exciting, the time flew by quite quickly. After that, there was a tasting of 4 types of wine (2 types of white and 2 types of red.). Unfortunately, wine is not my drink, so I can't say anything about its quality.
Next to the tasting room there is a shop where you can buy wine, chacha and cognac.
Super! I have long wanted to visit the heart of Georgian winemaking, and the dream has finally come true. The tour is very interesting, everything is shown, told, everything is open and accessible. I advise you to take the tour with a tasting and take your time to leave the company at the end))). You can ask both the guide and the consultants in the company's store about the wines - they will answer all your questions and help with the choice.
One of those places that left a lot of pleasant impressions after visiting!
The guide's program is very competently built! He was Russian-speaking, he told me everything, the tasting was rich and informative!
We went through all the stages of wine preparation! We were very satisfied!
We took a tour, we really liked it. At the very beginning there was a tasting (there were 5 types of wines). After that, they showed the places of storage, wine preparation, bottling line, packaging and laboratory (they were on a day off, there were no workers in this laboratory themselves), but even just seeing it all was incredibly interesting. One of the best excursions😃
After that, we bought wines that are unlikely to be found in stores.
I definitely recommend this place to visit.
I highly recommend visiting a tasting and a tour of the entire production. The tasting is conducted by very pleasant young ladies in gorgeous Russian. After tasting, you will really be able to decide on the choice of wine. And there is a very large selection of it here. I fell in love with semi-sweet Kisi. Well, the prices here for the entire range are significantly lower than store prices. In general, I highly recommend visiting here. It will be not only interesting, but also delicious.
I can describe for a long time what I saw on the tour and how personally I was impressed by it. I visit several wineries every year.
1. When I was on a tour, the factory was idle. To my question, why did I get an answer - wine is made using the old Georgian technology. The total volume, ATTENTION, is 2 million bottles. Can you imagine how exclusive this is?
2. To the question of what we buy in pyaterochka, KB, etc. - the answer is gorgeous - PISSES. And then it dawned on me, real wine doesn't even leave Kakheti, let alone Georgia.
3. Kindzmaraully - I realized what you are only at this factory. Saperavi, collected in the microzone of the Alazani Valley and prepared at this plant using the old Georgian technology. THANK you for this knowledge. Only now it's a lot of suffering, because you have to drink anything, but not kindzmaraully from the factory.
4. How it was. I didn't like the wine itself. We went into the tasting room - we tried everything, we didn't like anything. I am not a connoisseur and admirer. We went into the sales area, took a couple of gift bottles for show. I pay at the checkout, there is a bucket of 5 liters. I ask what's in there. Kindzmaraully. I took a couple. I come and try it - thick venous dark blood, bright taste of grapes. We just collected it. I remember saying, "Drink of the Gods!" It was a once-in-a-lifetime emotion.
5..... Later I tried all Kindzmaraully. Yes, saperavi. But is it from the Alazani valley, how is it made?.... Something close to Bagadoni and weakly Kahuri. Maybe one or two more companies. That is all.
A detailed tour of the wine production, the girl guide tells an interesting story about the preparation of wine of different names, the origin of the names, an excursion into history. Wine tasting takes place both after and before excursions. There is no choice of wines for tasting, we try what is offered. The prices are affordable.
An interesting tour of the factory. Interesting wine tasting.
And of course - a store with all the wines of the factory!!! Very pleasant prices, a lot of wines and other drinks that are not found in the shops of the Russian Federation.
We were on a guided tour. Not bad. Interesting information about the classic Georgian wine preparation. So the factory is not very big and the tour is for half an hour. Tasting of 4 wines. A store with good prices. But, as it turned out, the locals do not buy wine in it, but poured into plastic. Nearby and cheaper
I advise you to visit, tasting, excursion, friendly Guide)). Delicious wine, very! The wine cellar, 3 containers of 50 cubic meters each with wine look very epic, Take more money, buy wine at the end-they take away boxes
We took a tour, a pleasant guide, of all those present on the tour, it seemed to me that he liked us more, so they did not ask stupid questions. Then there was a tasting, I was driving, only my wife tasted the wine. After the tasting, we bought wine, but we didn't have enough money, and there was nowhere to change, they gave us a tour and a bottle of wine. I highly recommend going there.
A nice, cute factory with a history, the tour is very good, a friendly guide, at the end you can go through a wine tasting for 6 GEL, alas, we did not take advantage of this, since we were driving and passing from Tbilisi, the factory has its own product store with a good assortment, wines and brandy, I think you will not regret visiting, they have the option to buy wine and store it in their cellars, for a small fee, even for a year, even for a longer period.
Kindzmarauli Corporation is one of the largest wineries in the territory of Kakheti, now the plant owns 300 of the 400 hectares of the Kindzmarauli microzone. We went on a tasting tour (8 GEL per person), we liked it. On the territory there is a wine storage, a wine shop, tasting rooms and a museum sector where you can see the real marani with clay kvevri, the classic Georgian "satsneheli" (press) and oak barrels.
Hello, who loves wine and knows a little about it, You are here, a great place to understand Wine from the grapes themselves).
Great tour, tasting of 4 types, taught how to drink wine PROPERLY !!!
See the location!!!!
Kindzmarauli! Kindzmarauli !!!
Oh, how beautiful it sounds and delicious!!!
And what a beauty there, I really liked it!
We were first given different varieties of wine, (by the way, very tasty wine)
And we , happy , contented , skipped off to see how everyone does it , stores it , etc.
And also , what we really liked , anyone can buy a bottle or a case of wine there ( for not very expensive)
And leave it there for storage !!!
Every year the wine gets tastier and more expensive!
I bought it for 10 rubles (figuratively ) and in five years it will cost 50,000 thousand rubles! Here!!!
I advise you to visit this wonderful event, like a tasting!!!
This is the same Kinzmarauli factory where wine and chacha are produced)). They conduct a guided tour and tasting))). On the tour, I show the production, storage cellars, laboratory and bottling line. There is a company store (you can buy products), a cafe (there is ice cream with alcohol). Who loves Georgian wine and Kinzmarauli - I recommend it))
I really liked it, at the beginning there was a tasting, we tried 5 wines, the best semi-sweet, the tour was informative and rich, and the places of storage and preparation showed both the bottling line, packaging and laboratory. Then we ate ice cream with wine, delicious.
We were in this gorgeous place with a guided tour . Thank you very much for the interesting program at the plant, special thanks to the staff who conducted the wine tasting.. it is very informative and interesting.
Everything is fine! The tour is detailed. We have received a lot of new information about wine. The wine is good. They took it with them. We will remember Georgia at home
We were passing through with a group, we decided to go to the factory. It was problematic to book a time for a tasting tour in advance, but just entering the store building at the factory, we were immediately offered a tour. It cost 8 GEL per person (with tasting). The tour is simple, fast, not boring, the employee says it is very interesting. We looked at the storages and refrigerators and went into the department where the bottling conveyor is. And at the very end, 4 types of wine were offered for tasting: two white, two red: two dry and two semi-sweet. And then all this can be purchased. Kindzmarauli is of course delicious)
Great factory! A tour of the factory with wine tasting of 8 lari. We learned a lot of interesting things from the guide both about the production and about the wines themselves. There is a shop at the factory where you will be advised which wines you can buy. There is also chacha and cognac on sale, of its own production. I DEFINITELY recommend you to visit!!!
It would seem that I have already visited a lot of places, I did not even expect that I would like the tour so much. I was in Georgia and drank wine, but a thoughtful acquaintance with wine began here. Excellent excursion, informative tasting, competent guide, it's a pity, time has passed and I forgot my name. I definitely recommend you to visit! Buy wine in the store! The price is lower than in supermarkets, I looked at it.
Very nice well-groomed territory. An amazing guide who tells fascinating stories about the history of Windelia and the plant. Huge thanks!
There are also tastings of 4 sets of wines, each of which is described in detail. After the tasting, there is an opportunity to purchase your favorite wines in the Finnish store.
A historical place, visiting Kakheti, of course, you can not pass by, although there are enough excursions to wineries here. A little more friendliness to the guides and everything would be great. The tour is interesting and informative, you can see the technology of wine preparation in different ways, at all stages. At the end, a small tasting, if I'm not mistaken, 4 types of wine.
I highly recommend pure grape juice, it's a pity they don't sell in large volumes. The most delicious juice)
Alazani Valley, Kindzmarauli! Magic words! Everything is clean, neat, beautiful. The winery tour is informative and of course delicious! This is a landmark place that you must definitely visit!
A must-visit place in Kakheti. Very interesting! Good wine is cheaper than in retail tasting chains, help in choosing. I recommend it!🙌

The place is super, I really liked the tour, the guide is excellent! She told us about the wines, conducted a tasting, and showed us the production. The impressions are positive!
We were here traveling with a guide in Georgia! A beautiful place! We had a very interesting wine tour. After that we went to the tasting room. The wine was very tasty, the girl who treated us was very pleasant and polite. In the shop at the factory, they helped us with the choice of delicious wine! Thank you very much!!! We are very happy with the trip!
Our tourist trip to Georgia probably would not be complete without visiting the winery in Kakheti, where famous Georgian wines with such musical and poetic names as "Kindzmarauli", "Khvanchkara", "Kvareli", "Mukuzani" and others are born. Here you can observe a unique combination of modern production and almost "museum" - real marani with clay kvevri; classic Georgian press "satsneheli" and... modern laboratories that control the wine production process at all its stages. A detailed cycle of turning grapes into wine will be described to you by guides. And for a complete presentation, you will also be given a tasting of "ruby poured into a cup". A rich assortment is presented in the corporation's store - wines, cognacs, chacha. They will advise, pack, and smile at you!

Nicely. The wine is delicious. But marketing is all about it. In the store itself, the factory, the hotel. Location in the very center. The staff at the wine shop is friendly
I really liked this place. Guided tour and tasting at the level. It is informative and interesting. The wines at the tasting are simple and affordable. You can safely take it. It is not cheaper to buy such quality in Tbilisi. After the visit, I learned that it is possible to "play roulette" for 16/18 lari and may be lucky to buy a very decent wine for this money. Our guide did not offer us this option. There is a reason to come back and try your luck))
P.S.: The information about roulette is not accurate and has not been verified.
It was a very interesting tour, there was no opportunity to taste it, because while driving, we took some types of wines from their store and then tasted them at home, there is a very pleasant courtyard, there is a restaurant on site.
The first winery that we visited with a guided tour and tasting. The guide is pleasant, the history of the plant is interesting, all our questions have been answered, there is a restaurant and a cafe. The product store pleases with affordable prices. There would have been more time, there would have been more.
As they say, you can't tell, you have to sing. Or rather, to drink. There's plenty to drink there. You don't have to worry about the quality of the product. Real Kakhetian quality. Wine was exported from this factory three times in commercial quantities. It was quiet at home for a year or more. So that's a recommendation.
An interesting factory, the tour is no different from any other winery. It is very interesting to talk about the technique of making wine in kvevri. I liked the tasting, right at the exit there is a store with adequate prices.
We listened to an interesting tour, examined the cellars... It turned out to be interesting. Of course, we will not become wine experts, but we have heard the basics of winemaking. It turns out that sweet wines cannot be made qualitatively at home, so their production is much more expensive at the factory. It turns out that if homemade Sweet wine is offered, then sugar is most likely added
If you visit Georgia and visit here, then this is no longer Georgia. A great and wonderful place. The guides are just wonderful people, they told everything, showed everything, and had a tasting. Seeing you off, we invited you again, thank you very much.
I liked the factory and the wine. Great tour. The pleasant cost is 8 l. The territory is well-groomed, beautiful. GEL 8 for tasting 4 types of wine. The tour is free.
I recommend visiting this winery, tasting, interesting photos, history! You can buy good wine at very good prices, as well as have a cafe where you can try ice cream with wine.
