Our family has been a customer of the Basket network you created for years. And we always knew that we could come to any of the supermarkets of the chain and buy goods without worrying about its quality and safety, unlike many stores, especially markets and stalls. But unfortunately, the situation in the network has changed recently. And this applies not to one store, but to the whole network (we periodically visit both Abai, C1, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Masterpiece shopping center, etc.
In particular, since spring it is practically impossible to purchase high-quality potatoes - outwardly a normal fruit turns out to be rotten and diseased after the beginning of its cleaning. This applies to both packaged potatoes and loose ones. It turns out that you buy a kilogram of expensive! potatoes and half a kilo reaches the pan and, accordingly, the price is twice as expensive. Another observation is that if earlier potatoes and stamps cleared of dirt and earth were laid out on the shelves, then recently your employees have been dumping them along with the earth (I think it's cleaner in the field, as if clay is specially applied to them). Of course, I understand that it is profitable to sell sand and clay at the price of good root crops - but I do not think that this is done with your knowledge.
Watermelons this year are a separate topic - the last time in the Basket on Asimov, I had to cut as many as three watermelons until I got a more or less ripe one (although it still tasted sour with pesticides). We were offered a refund, but we refused on principle in order to prove to your employees that the entire batch does not comply with GOST and sanpin.
The conclusion and message that we want to convey to you is that among those responsible in your network for procurement and quality control, there are either a lot of non-specialists, or dishonest, or they have grown a little fat and do not appreciate their work, much less the honor of the company!
