Not a place for dining. Location is good, quality of served food was not good. Ordered burgers and pide. Meat pide was stinky. Asked the waiter what was wrong with it, he asked the manager to advise,manager snifed the food and said it was ok. Noone touched that pide, the meat on the pide smelled bad.
Not recomended!

Dirty windows! They are not just dusty, they are straight muddy, with bold dots. It is very unpleasant to look at the mountains through such a glass.
Tables are wiped at random. Greasy spots and crumbs remain. There was also trash on the chairs and under the table.
A dirty glass was brought. They asked to change it – they brought a wet, but still dirty glass with dried mud.
The food was cold, I didn't like the taste. Especially chicken kebab – too many spices.
They charge 20% for the service, which is absolutely not worth it. When we first arrived, they waved us off, saying that all the tables by the window were booked for the whole day. Although after 3 minutes we found an empty table ourselves.
Such a great location deserves a good restaurant. I do not advise anyone to visit Kosebasi. It's better to take a snack with you and enjoy the view while sitting on a bench.
