The other day, I needed a bouquet for a special occasion, and I was advised exactly "Koshyk Kvetak". I was advised by the florist Artyom. Artyom is 100/10, a true professional in his field! He not only listened to all my ideas and preferences, but also offered some wonderful bouquet design options. His creativity and knowledge of flower arrangements amazed me.
When the bouquet was ready, I couldn't believe my eyes! He was just amazing😍I was sure that this composition would add joy and a smile to this cold December, and I was not mistaken! Artyom put his soul into his work, and it really felt.
In addition, the coffee shop itself creates an incredible atmosphere. It's very cozy here, and the smell of freshly roasted coffee is in the air. I decided to try their coffee while I was waiting, and it was a great choice! The drinks were great, and the pastries just melted in my mouth. The staff is very friendly and attentive, which adds positive emotions during the visit.
In general, I was completely delighted with "Koshyk Kvetak". This is not just a flower shop, but also a place where you can relax with good coffee and amazing flowers. It's a beautiful cafe, but the service leaves much to be desired.
Tables with dirty dishes were met at the entrance. After the dishes were removed, the tables were not even wiped (although crumbs and scattered sugar remained). They wiped the tables themselves and the staff didn't even take away a dirty napkin when they brought drinks.
There was also a very cool moment when our desserts were brought to other people and apparently realizing the mistake, they brought us one dessert, asking an interesting question: "Is that all?"
The second dessert that we ordered was the only one left, so we were just offered another one as a fact.
The impression is spoiled, there are too many joints in the 30 minutes spent in this place.
