It's just awful. The child got braces in Polotsk, the doctor moved to the Novopolotsk branch, we went there, but now the doctor has left for Minsk and no one warned us, it's time for an appointment and we found out about it and we are being sent to Minsk. I explained that there was only one wire left on the lower jaw, let any other doctor remove it, but no, as I was told (each doctor has his own specifics) I almost fell to remove the 1 cm wire, I need my own special equipment, and for this I have to gently go to Minsk.
