In particular, they were looking for a bathing place, feeders, etc. for parrots. Well, in general, somewhere they found something, somewhere there was nothing. And so I look at the map, there is this store, but the opening hours of this store are not indicated, it was Friday at about 18:40. I decided to call the specified number, a man with a very rude voice picked up the phone. I asked him if the store was open, to which I received an answer with the question: "what do you need?". I decided to clarify if this is exactly a pet store, maybe I was mistaken. He replied yes, but asked me again what I needed. I replied that I was looking for different things, I wanted to drive up to see, to which he asked me again what I needed. Well, I couldn't stand it anymore, I asked him directly: "is it really so difficult to answer whether your store is working or not, I would drive up and look and ask questions." To which he received the answer: "for you, since you were just going to see the store is closed" and hung up. What can I say here, we have such "businessmen" in the city, where do they get the funds to maintain shops at all, although since I never managed to get there, and I will never go there in pritsnip, I do not know, maybe there is nothing inside and the store no longer works in Basically, there is only this rude guy who is rude on the phone and hangs up.
The person who picks up the phone when calling needs to familiarize himself with etiquette and Google recommendations for communicating between the seller and the buyer.
At the moment, this creepy store is closed. The owner of this place uses it as a storage room. As far as I know and remember, it always stank of dampness, rot and excrement from uncleaned cages and aquariums. Animals and birds were kept there in disgusting conditions, prices for feed and equipment were constantly inflated, the owner himself was constantly rude to customers and visitors, behaved very strangely and inadequately. Animals bought by people in this store died very suddenly. Citizens who had the misfortune to visit this place constantly complained about the terrible conditions, boorish treatment and inappropriate behavior of the owner, poor quality goods and non-viable animals that were sold to them there. Now he seems to have opened another such "store" - I am 100% sure that there are the same "wonderful" sanitary conditions and all the same sick and frail animals and birds. I will never recommend this place to anyone!

At the same time, they do not impose or sell absolutely useless things, but honestly tell you what is necessary for the most simple and high-quality pet maintenance. They bought themselves an aquarium with equipment, decorations and fish. we did everything as recommended by the sellers and are very satisfied with the result. By the way, we were given an unlimited time guarantee for the aquarium. WE RECOMMEND ONLY KOSMOZOO TO EVERYONE!!!!!

Previously, I constantly bought food only in the KOSMOZOO and everything was fine. Recently, I was persuaded to buy cat food from several other stores. So not only my cats did not eat food from other stores, but even the street cats turned away. Now I started buying in Kosmozoo again and my cats began to eat food normally. Now I will only buy in KOSMOZOO and I also advise everyone.

I found the address and phone number of this store on the website. I went to the specified address, but the store moved. They made fun of me on the phone, saying that we had moved a long time ago, why did you go there? It's my fault that this address was given. They promised that the carrier is exactly how I need it, I'm driving with a sick cat through half the city, I come, and to me: "OH, we bought it in front of you, maybe you can pick up another one from the catalog, we'll bring it to you).
