At the moment, the shopping center "Kostanay Plaza" is the best place to relax with family and friends. It's amazing how much there is inside, one "Therma Park" is worth it! On the ground floor there is a farm department with ECO-friendly products, on the ground floor, in addition to various boutiques, there is a supermarket, a pharmacy, a confectionery department, as well as various islands selling covers / diffusers / beauty supplies. On the second floor there is the Therma Park sauna complex, the Zodiac cinema (also considered one of the best in our city), a food court with a wide variety of establishments and, of course, the Funky Town play area, large aquariums near the food court deserve special attention.
In general, if you are passing through our city, I sincerely advise you to visit our shopping center "Kostanay Plaza"!)

Hello! We recently went to the Plaza, and were in the Thermal Park, it's so cool there, we enjoyed swimming in the pool, and visited a restaurant there, I've never eaten so delicious anywhere. Favorite places in Kostanay Plaza are separate branded boutiques on the 1st and 2nd floors with reasonable prices for clothes, perfume and shoes, a catering area (pizza is not bad, good coffee). It's cool in the thermocouple, we've been there a couple of times, but in separate steam rooms and saunas there is a terrible smell of urine, it's impossible to breathe, apparently children don't bother to run to the toilet. I would like to mention a separate outdoor pool on the roof - very creative and cool, especially in the cold season. The water is heated there, so a sharp temperature drop for the body gives unusual new sensations. If you freeze, you can quickly go to the baths, which are located right there, next to the pool. It would be nice for the administration to think over for visitors the layout of boutiques, recreation areas, a thermocouple, and put this scheme on the walls. There are a lot of visitors from all over the region who find it difficult to immediately navigate in this place. And in case of a fire or emergency, it is unclear where to move to get out, there are no signs, except for toilets. There are evacuation plans, but small and inconspicuous.

That day I smiled and bought 2 pairs of shoes for 170k tng and socks, I bought them out of spite, I'll go back to a couple of boutiques of this trading house. Торговый центр расположен на мой взгляд удобно. Есть огромная парковка (в отличие, допустим, от Марта), выбор товаров и бутики стандартные для торговых центров. Развлечения представлены игровыми автоматами Фанки Таун и кинотеатром Зодиак Синема. Также огромный плюс-уникальный термопарк, в него съезжаются со всего Казахстана! Фуд- корт стандартный, шире и удобнее чем в Марте. Торговый центр вместительный, уютный, красиво декорирован, грамотная планировка помещений внутри. На 1 этаже расположен огромный супермаркет Тамаша с ценами стандартными для супермаркетов и огромным выбором товаров. Цены в торговом центре весьма кусаются, качество товара не всегда соответствует ожиданиям (увы!). Кинотеатр заманивает своими акциями ( допустим набор конфет в подарок детям на Новый год, но по факту, пришедшим детям приходится уйти несолоно хлебавшим, так как подарки закончились (и это в середине декабря между прочим!) Также в кинотеатре маленькие дети (3-4) лет проваливаются в сиденья (это непродуманно!), Приходится сидеть на самом краешке (владельцы! решите вопрос с сиденьями для детей!!!). Для посещения торгового центра и развлечения детей нужно брать немаленькую сумму денег, впрочем как и везде! В термопарке не продумана система детских билетов, детей замеряют по росту и, в случае если ребенок высокий, приходится брать взрослый билет! (Нам например 12 лет и мы 165 см ростом, от этого ребенком быть не перестали!)!!!! В -целом, рекомендую к посещению семьёй!! Дети в восторге!!!!

Максимально сбалансированный по всем направлениям ТЦ : отличный кинотеатр Zodiak, детская развлекательная зона Funky Town, крупный разноплановый продовольственный супермаркет Астыкжан, отдел кондитерской фабрики Bayan Sulu, отделы брендовой отдежды, престижные детские магазины одежды/обуви Детский мир, Kari и Kari kids, LC Wikiki, New Yorker и множество других; семейные и молодёжные рестораны разных направлений, фуд зона, кофейня. Особенно комфортно расположен фермерский рынок и магазин всё для сада /огорода - в быстрорастущих новых микрорайона это просто необходимо, чтобы не ехать через полгорода туда и обратно с покупками.
Отдельно отмечу наличие бизнесцентра на 3ем этаже, где сконцентрированы как жизненно необходимые организации, так и для личного роста, развития и отдыха (юристы, нотариус, языковые центры и организации, художественная и танцевальная студия, школа раннего развития, шахматная школа, бьюти салоны).
