In the surgical department of Kostanay regional hospital, after a hip fracture, our mother Kuttubayeva Sabilya Gainievna, who is 90 years old, underwent surgery. The hospital is not bad. The doctors who worked with me are not bad, the attitude towards clients is good, and the quality of treatment is also good. I have been on a paid basis all the times, I have never been to this hospital for free. The attitude towards customers is good. My phone ran out of battery in the winter, I was waiting for a taxi to go home, I asked the staff for permission to charge it, but no one refused.
