The Youth Palace. Great concerts. Various events, meetings with the Mayor and much more. It is located in a convenient location, bus stops nearby. You can get to any part of the city.

I have been to Zhastar Sarayy several times. The hall is beautiful, very large, and the stage is gorgeous! The seats are comfortable and soft. The cloakroom is clean, and so is the lobby! (By the way, I performed there!)
