The church was built in 1785-1787 in the classical style. In 1866, it was transferred to an Orthodox church. In 1918, the city became part of interwar Poland, and the church was returned to Catholics. It never closed.
By chance, on a frosty January evening, we passed by on the way to the bus station. And we decided to take a look. How beautiful it is inside! Everything was still decorated for Christmas: a nativity scene, fir trees and a great many lights! I have traveled to many temples, but this one impressed and struck me to the core!
