The hotel building has: hairdressers, pharmacy, communication salon, cafe. There are shops near the hotel, which is very convenient for tourists. The service is polite.

I have been staying at this hotel with my family for almost 10 years. Clean and spacious rooms, availability of dishes and appliances, everything you need. Beautiful view from the balconies to the center. Parking for cars. There is always a warm welcome at the reception)) I would especially like to thank the employee Veronika Ismailova for her delicate approach to each guest. The high level of staff training is visible.

The hotel is clean, but without frills. The ceilings in the rooms are high, the rooms are spacious. Boilers in the bathroom. There is a refrigerator. The staff is friendly. Private Parking in front and behind the hotel. There is a cafe on the ground floor, they cook very very tasty!!!! The prices are low, but our thanks to the boss!!! I recommend it! You can enter not only for hotel visitors, but also just from the street. There are smoking areas and rooms with and without a balcony. There is a hairdresser on the ground floor.

It's a great place. A huge room, clean, cozy, a little bit with a touch of sovietism, but very homely. The room has two toilets, a bathtub, a kitchen, which is very convenient. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. We had a great rest and slept well. The prices are ridiculous by Russian standards. The receptionist is a friendly girl.

The rooms are good, but the price tag also matches! The staff is not bad, it is always clean and tidy, it is a pity that the kettle in a two-room room for 42 rubles per person is not included, a daily surcharge of 2.15 rubles is required! Что важно: в гостинице можно сходить в уборную, даже если вы здесь не живёте. 40 копеек и чистый вкуснопахнущий туалет к вашим услугам!

Номера чистые, уютные . Обслуживание на высоте! Персонал супер!!! Парковка платная под камерами, можно не переживать. Шумоизоляция средняя, не критично. Мне кажется не хватает кафе или кухни !

Чистые и большие номера, приветливый персонал. Почти во всех номерах есть балкон. Есть кафе. Чистое белье и полотенце. Удобное расположение. Рядом продуктовый магазин и два банка. Из минусов: выдаётся только одно мыло без шампуня.

27 октября 2022 года в 20.00 хотели заселиться с супругой в гостиницу "Костюковичи". Мы пенсионеры. Попросил у администратора недорогой номер, на что, она сказала, что недорогие все заняты, остался только за 120 рублей, для нас это было дорого. Но самое забавное в том, что в гостинице не горело ни одно окно и света не было даже в фойе. Явно было, что постояльцы в гостинице отсутствуют, тишина была гробовая. Обидно, что администратор своим отношением испортила первое впечатление о Беларуссии. Сразу вспомнились совдеповские гостиницы, в которых всегда не было свободных номеров.

Проживал в 8 номере, для подключения холодильника к сети приходится двигать кухонную тумбу!
При необходимости скипятить воды приходится доплачивать 2 BYN за чайник.
В номере выдают одноразовое мыло, а вот шампунь не предусмотрен. (Возможно тоже за отдельную плату)
В ванной кабинка душевой оставляет желать лучшего.

Гостиница уютная, чистая. Просторные номера и балконы. Все необходимое для комфортного проживания имеется. Внутри хорошее кафе. Есть парковка. Было бы неплохо установить сетку на окно от насекомых.
