A pretty cozy hotel with a very good-natured and friendly staff. Nice rooms, small, but quite comfortable. Low prices.
There is still something to work on, but I liked it.
Thanks !!
The Council of Ministers. I took a single suite. Like kitchen, living room and bedroom, 2???? Bathrooms. The sockets were not thoughtfully installed, they were obviously built, and then the furniture was invented. There is a lot of space, but ergonomics is 0. There is no sound insulation. Cafe-minus 10 points
It's all good. Only the heating season ended early. It was cool.

I rested here a year ago in 1 of the nearest houses, and music was playing very loudly from there all day long, they didn't want to turn it off, it was extremely unpleasant to listen to it…
A Soviet-era hotel. Visited on March 8th. The cost is 1300 Russian rubles per person. The rooms are cold +18C, smoky. We watched several numbers, the same thing. Fi-Fi at the reception. On the second floor only in some rooms. There is a paid parking of 100 rubles per day. The staff is friendly.
In principle, nothing special, I got room 10, there is a shower, a kettle, a refrigerator, an old TV. there is a balcony, as it is important for a smoker. As of August 2019, it cost 40 bel.r. a day
