I will never contact them again. We ordered a boiler, found out that there is a store, decided to drive up to see, touch, talk. Yeah, that wasn't it. We arrived an hour before closing time, and it was already closed, we called the phone number, the man said that he left earlier. It turned out that tomorrow he does not work according to schedule, but how to do it and in general he does not have what we want. According to him, the manager is generally sitting in Gomel and does not understand what is happening here.
Well, we decided to buy a boiler anyway, they said "EVERYTHING is TURNKEY" and they will do the installation of a replacement boiler.
A week goes by, it turns out they needed to be reminded. OK, I was reminded. The price tag has already turned out to be different, not the same as on the site, a couple of days pass and I get a call from the 21st CENTURY. About the delivery of my boiler. Well, I think okay, they have "EVERYTHING TURNKEY". I sent them to the company "Bowler Hat".
So they then slowed down with the delivery for a week. There are no questions for the supplier. The only thing in this story that worked well, I called and warned that it would be after 11 pm, and I arrived.
Well, OK, I'll find out when there will be an installation, which they said they would do everything themselves.
The first week was just breakfast, the second week was given the installer's phone number.
This is generally a separate person. Also a week of breakfast, for the second week we agreed that we would call on Friday and he would come on Saturday and do everything.
And here it is Saturday, the contract was reinforced concrete that from 11-00 to 12-00 it will be with us. I call him at 13:00, he turns out to be just collecting a tool to go to us. It's been 5 days since I got here.
Total: the company sells what it does not have itself, hello "21st century" is 100 rubles cheaper. Promises are not kept, deadlines are not about them. 5 weeks since I contacted them, they just brought the boiler and THAT's IT!!!! I ordered the installation from another company. We arrived in 3 hours and did everything in 2 days. Moreover, it is 200 rubles cheaper.
