I came to take a photo for documents, the girl at the reception scolded me for having makeup and informed me that they had photos only on a gray background. The photo needed to be taken before America, it needs an exclusively white background. As a result, I went and did it in another place where no one commented on my makeup. Customer orientation is 0/10.

Terrible attitude towards customers.
I came to print it out, a man came out to the door talking on the phone, to the question "can I print it out?" I just walked by and ignored the question. Since there was no one inside, I assumed that this was the press worker, waited until he talked on the phone, and eventually received the answer "read on the door", instead of an adequate answer to the question. It was a working day for Yandex, but I did not receive the service, which greatly disrupted my plans.
