In this regard, she offered to pay 50% extra from washing the carpet, because wet carpets are washed out of turn, and because it is wet, it does not break out like dirt will clog onto a wet spot. She also said that there are small spots with plasticine on the carpet and they offered to pay another 75% of the cost for their removal. In fact, the carpet was completely dry, but in rainy weather and for delivery from my apartment to the place of washing, of course, I did not follow, which I informed the operator, assuming that the courier would not be able to open the doors of the truck without laying or leaning on something carpet, in connection with which he it could get wet or from other carpets in the car (the stain was on the edge and small). I want to warn other clients of this organization that when accepting the carpet, they asked the receptionist to write that the carpet was accepted in dry form. For all the extras. I did not pay for the services, I was able to argue to the operator and the washing cost the previously agreed cost. In fact, the carpet was not heavily soiled, but after washing there was no difference, it felt like they passed through the brushes 1 time, but without soaking and normal washing. The offer of this organization is to record a video of the washing process for customers, because the difference before and after is not visible, which raises doubts about the quality of washing.
