The service is ugly, they do not respond to my request. They took 3 carpets, forgot to clean them, brought the dirty ones back, as a result, oily black spots appeared on the white carpet, took them a second time and brought them dirty again, took them a third time and the end......no carpet, no answer, they said it was washed and dried for two weeks, they did not associate with the head, the carpet was not returned. I appeal to the head, please solve my problem. I already had an experience of poor-quality washing a few years ago, I didn't say anything, I just didn't apply, by mistake I called the courier of this company again and the same thing happened. I do not recommend this "shop" to anyone, there are no other words!!!!!

Disgusting customer service.
The delivery is delayed. They say they will bring it another day. I'm waiting for delivery. They don't bring it the next day either. Then they call and promise to bring it in an hour. I'm driving home across town. I arrive, but there is no courier. I've been waiting for an hour and a half. He's gone again. It turns out that this is a mistake!
Utter disrespect for customers.
