The driver is constantly on the phone (he has two of them), then he communicates with someone on the go, then he watches videos, then he generally takes the road on video and it's at night on the highway!!! Where are the safety rules and where is the responsibility for the people in the cabin. Upon arrival in Donetsk, I dropped everyone off at the Motel and told them to go on by themselves, the taxi is running. Although the office and departure from Artyom 1. They asked to bring another stop to the Pasta, refused, all by taxi, I will not take anyone (this is at half past four in the morning).

The day before the trip, the carrier cancels the flight, but informs us that we will be taken from Kursk to Belgorod and transferred to another flight to another carrier. For the trip from Kursk to Belgorod, the driver asked for money for luggage. OK, I paid. They brought us to Belgorod, transferred us to an old battered ikarus, and there they also asked for money for luggage, again. In total, the trip instead of the promised 3,500 came out to me at 4 thousand (although it was initially stipulated that one bag was included in the ticket price). In general, for such a price, you could drive a comfortable mic, and get to your destination in 12 hours (and as a result, the road took 18 hours). There was nowhere to go, of course I had to go. But never set foot on this carrier again. They throw off all responsibility, that's all.
I would like to thank the dispatcher Evgeny and the driver Yuri (Mercedes 576) for the trip to Donetsk on August 24-25. Despite the fact that, due to the congestion of the road from Adler, the journey time to Tuapse was 8 hours, in the future the driver managed to minimize the delay.
The cabin is clean, the driver is friendly and attentive to the passengers. He even offered to give me a ride home, and for free. Thank you for the good organization and attention to the passengers!
2 points, just for what they wrote down for us, they took us on the flight. We did not choose our own transport in advance, we had to go on this one, and 1 point for getting there. But the bus for such distances as Donetsk-Sochi is not designed, the seats are oak, the air conditioner is broken, the windows do not open. There was a muzzle through the hatch all night, they went deaf from the noise, during the day it was stuffy along the serpentine, people began to feel sick....A very difficult trip for a lot of money.
I ordered a trip from Donetsk to Belgorod. I waited for the confirmation call on the eve of the trip all day. I dialed the carrier myself in the evening. I heard a disgruntled voice reproaching me for calling yesterday. It turned out that I was not on the list, and claims began that I had not typed myself. There was no apology, and the phone was turned off. I strongly do not recommend this carrier!!! Boorish and negligent attitude towards customers!

Disgusting organization, terrible dispatchers. They stuffed 11 people into a 10-seat bus, while saying: if you don't like it, you don't have to go (Abkhazia - Donetsk). In order not to share a place with anyone, we had to pay 500 rubles each, although no one warned us about this before the trip. When I tried to talk to the dispatcher and explain to her that you can't drive for 18 hours to 11 people in 10 places, it turned out that I and everyone sitting next to me can't see well, and if we don't like something, go on foot... This is not to mention the fact that there was not even basic cabin air conditioning... It's just terrible, I don't recommend this organization to anyone, except maybe - as a last resort, if you want to play Russian roulette!

Thanks a lot - we moved quickly, helped with the luggage, also called a taxi and helped load the bags. When booking a Donetsk-Gelendzhik ticket, we were told that the price of a minibus was 3000, and a bus was 2000. Since there was no bus on the right date, we booked a minibus. But a big bus arrived at the price of a micro. When asked to clarify the situation with the price, the accompanying woman replied that the dispatcher told her to take such a price. They called the office, the boorish lout replied: if you don't like it, don't go! be vigilant: they cheat for money and do not report a reliable route. They promised to bring them to the place at 9.00-10.00, they brought them at 15.00. The trip itself is a separate story. I do not recommend this office.
The driver is a complete boor. The dispatcher did not warn that they would be brought only to the border, and then they would be seated on passing buses. As a result, we arrived at customs at 4 a.m., and left at 10 a.m. in a crowded bus. The Coyote company did not want to give me compensation in any way, arguing this situation by the fact that they have nothing to do with their drivers at all and I need to apply for compensation specifically to the drivers who dropped me off. As a result, they deceived all the passengers, because on 08/06/2021, after 18.00, they called everyone and said that the trip would be on the 7th at 13.00. They took 2500r from everyone. Those who signed up for 2200 rubles. argued that early departure, we take care of you so that you do not stand on nehoteevka in the sun in the heat. Those who signed up for a minibus until the last one, until the big bus arrived, were not told that there would be no minibus.

For a long time, we decided among ourselves who we would put first, who then, then we spat, we decided to launch everyone at once without lists, just by pushing. They were already on the bus three times and marked by last name. But! Already on the way out of Makeyevka, it turned out that the drivers forgot to pick up passengers at the indoor market, and these people took a taxi on their own while the bus was waiting for them. When leaving Uspenka, it turned out that the driver had forgotten his passport somewhere at customs, which is another plus half an hour of waiting.

I agree with the negative reviews. I booked a trip from Donetsk to Tuapse for my daughter. The reservation was confirmed. Everything happened and the application was lost, and the flight was canceled, and the minibus broke down. But without this, there is no way in transportation. There are kind drivers who you want to hug and kiss right away, and there are rude and unpleasant ones. But they always bring me quickly and comfortably! I am very glad that we have such a company in the DPR! thank you!!!

We booked a trip from Donetsk to Yalta, arrived at the appointed place ahead of time, but there is no bus. An hour later we call the dispatcher, and he tells us that the bus has already left. They say they could not get through to inform us about the postponement of the trip to an earlier date. Since that moment, I have not even made an attempt to travel with their company
