This hotel is very conveniently located. It is a 5-minute walk from the train station, (easy access to Selcuk) and the metro station. A 10-minute walk away there is a huge market, a 15-minute walk from the embankment and the clock tower, the Agora and many other attractions. The hotel itself has not been renovated for a long time, the rooms are small. Another disadvantage is the noise from cars from the street. But it pays off with friendly staff, who however do not know Russian. The breakfast is quite acceptable. There are minimarkets and many cafes in the buildings nearby. There is a fridge and a kettle in the room. In general, the hotel is for unassuming tourists, but it is quite decent.

The hotel is located in a poor area, on a not very pleasant street, surrounded by merchants. There is a tattered carpet at the entrance to the hotel, and this is the face of the establishment. The elevator is old, scary, and has been stripped forever. The carpet on the floors is dirty and stained. The rooms are old, the windows are unwashed, the glass on the windows is cracked, water is constantly leaking down the wall in the toilet. Taps are wiped only from above, lime has not been washed from them for years. The furniture is old, the curtains have holes. My photos are real photos from our room. Breakfast for 3-. There is practically nothing to eat. Omelet and scrambled eggs for an additional fee, everything is very modest and simple. We took a room for five (my husband and I and three children). There were only four beds in our room upon arrival, and when we asked to resolve this issue, the receptionist offered to take the bed from our friend, who lived in a double room alone. The feelings left after the hotel are disgusting, I will never come back here again.

Great hotel. The cost is low, the rooms are good, everything works. A varied breakfast. Excellent location: the railway station is nearby, there are a lot of bus services around the corner, 10 minutes to the embankment in a straight line. The street is busy, so there is no problem finding a catering service. The staff is friendly. I recommend.
