Good evening. I want to write a review about a good shoe store in Mogilev with a bad attitude to the consumer. On 19.11.2023, a pair of men's shoes was bought for cash.At home, they found out that the sole was not glued to one shoe, i.e. a factory defect. 21.11.2023 I returned the shoes to the store and they accepted it without complaints, but they said the money would be returned within 7 days, because they allegedly do not have cash. It seems like according to the law, but not humanly. After all, you have sold shoes of inadequate quality, you will use someone else's money for 7 days, and without interest, and the buyer must come to you again to collect his money. And is this normal, humanly? We will never come to your "good" store again and will not recommend it to anyone. Polish-made men's shoes worth 330 bel.rub.
