It's a nice house, even if it's a little old. The area is calm, cozy and landscaped. The school and kindergarten are nearby. One of the two playgrounds needs to be repaired.

Sleeping area. Quiet and cozy near the Park. By pr . Abylaikhan walking alleys. The best area planted with greenery.
