I was there a couple of times, and when I came home I had to cut myself, because the master just crookedly cut it. Maybe there are good masters, but I have not been to such. It is better to get a haircut for 10-15 rubles in a civil way than for 6 and you don't have to do it once. But I will give this institution 3 stars, because when I left for the army, they shaved my head nobly and without joints, and most importantly cheap)))

the hairdresser is terrible at communicating with clients. There are no manners of communication with clients at all. I am a foreigner and it is difficult for me to speak Russian, so I try to explain something to her, she interrupts me immediately and talks about her own and so on several times. I wanted to ask for advice… what would be better ??... In response, she answers something in a cheeky tone, but she did not answer the question. And in the end I wanted to make fun of them and said, like, you need to treat them well or he'll fly home and complain. During the entire session, I wanted only 1 thing to get out of there as soon as possible, since I already didn't care about the hairstyle, this woman was disgusting.
