I've been going to this barbershop for quite a long time, mainly because of the prices, but I didn't have any special complaints about the masters either - my haircut is quite simple, they did everything well. So I can be called not a frequent, but a regular customer. And today, in connection with the trip to Komarovka, I decided to bring my husband there on the way – and on the way, and you can save money. Which I regretted a lot. Near the main entrance, it is written in the "price list" column – men's model haircut – 47000. While my husband was getting a haircut, I was sitting in the lobby near the registration desk – about 5 men passed by me, and all paid the stated amount. When my husband's hairdresser came out, the price turned out to be 53,000. The master told the price and left, my husband paid off, and I came up and politely asked on what basis the price was higher. The girl at the counter replied that there are haircuts for 47,000, and there are higher ones. And the haircut was the most typical man's haircut – to shorten what is on all sides a little. When I asked why they hadn't warned me in advance, the receptionist said that I needed to talk to the master. My husband was embarrassed – such a fuss about 6000, I was also uncomfortable, but I wanted to figure it out. The girl called the master – a kind of 19-year-old boy came out, overly well-groomed and somewhat similar to Elvis Presley. When I asked why a standard haircut is more expensive, I received the following explanation (already supplemented later from my husband's words when we came out, since the original version sounded just absurd). It turned out that he asked how much we would shorten it. My husband said – let's take a centimeter. I shortened it – my husband did not like it, and he asked me to remove it a little more. According to the hairdresser, (I quote) "I ask about the length only once, at the beginning of the haircut, everything else is for an additional fee." Naturally, nothing like "all my subsequent shortenings are evaluated additionally" was said. Excuse me, but should I, as a client, know up to a millimeter how much hair needs to be shortened? It seems to me that this is what the hairdresser's experience and skill are for. As a result, a rather reasonable desire to slightly correct the haircut by a few millimeters turned out to be evaluated "like another haircut." And according to her husband, the entire proofreading took at most 30 seconds.
Resume. If I were alone, I would continue to sort things out further – it does not bring me any joy, I am not a brawler, but I also do not like to put up with the absurdity of the situation. But I was not alone, the haircut was not mine, and my husband is a modest and patient man – they say, let's go, we won't go broke. That's how it ended. I will add that I called a woman I know to a hairdresser and, telling our story, amused her a lot – she said that she had never encountered such a thing in all her years of work. Of course, today Hairdresser 1 has enriched itself by 6,000 Belarusian rubles – congratulations, but you have also lost two potential customers. Whether it was worth it is up to the administration and the authorities, who recruit such "meticulous", but, in my opinion, just petty and unscrupulous workers.
Today I went to this barbershop to get a haircut because it is nearby. Got a haircut in such a short time ( the formula has a much longer pit stop time ) in about five minutes . I don't even know how to evaluate, there are no suitable words, I look in the mirror and think how to go outside!!!!
I went to cut the tips on the evening of October 24th. I got to the woman Natalia. The "Master" completely ignored my wishes. She cut it off more than three times. It's very unpleasant.
