I have been a regular customer of this barbershop for several years now. I have always been satisfied with the quality of the haircut and the prices. Over the years, there have never been any conflict situations. And this year, apparently, the staff has changed. We recruited people who are absolutely not interested in work, their only addiction is to stand near the entrance, smoke, drink coffee and be rude to customers who come to them for a haircut. The constant excuse is that we have a lot of clients, we accept them only by appointment. At the same time, of course, there are no clients with such employees. I live nearby and for the sake of interest I decided to observe how many clients would come in 20 minutes, for which I could get a haircut. As a result, no one came. But the satisfied hairdresser was able to get high enough and sit on the phone. If you want to be served at least in some way in this barbershop, you need to say the magic word: give me a complaint book! After that, employees suddenly open up from a new angle, they have free time for haircuts, boorish treatment disappears and even the price for a haircut decreases.
