We visited this cafe with my sister and were extremely disappointed. We ordered two coffees and a Caesar salad with shrimp. We were promised a 25-minute wait, but in the end we waited 50 minutes, although the place was far from full.
At the same time, the people who arrived later than us received their orders faster and had already left while we were still waiting. As a result, they brought us the wrong salad, because the cashier punched the wrong order. Apparently, he worked there for the first day, because he didn't even repeat our order properly before we left the cash register.
When we pointed out the mistake, the waiter took the dish away with annoyance and shouted to the whole hall: "DEAL WITH THEM YOURSELF" – just a shock! The cafe manager, instead of correcting the situation, began to prove that we had ordered one ourselves, and then stood with an extremely displeased look.
Absolute disrespect for the guests, complete lack of customer orientation.
