A beautiful building in a pseudo-Gothic style. Three entrances, three halls for saying goodbye. Two full-time Orthodox priests. Clean and fresh. A normal atmosphere. The farewell lasts 20 minutes, then the coffin descends spectacularly. The cost of services is about a thousand dollars.
Unfortunately, I had to visit this institution. In general, this place could be a worthy place to say goodbye to a deceased loved one. Convenient location, several halls, a funeral shop, a priest, BUT...
I thought that nothing could overshadow this day even more. When you come here, you expect sympathy, sorrow, and understanding. Already during registration, I had to deal with rudeness and rudeness on the part of the administrator, and out of the blue. Maybe we were just unlucky and the other staff here are more humane. The administrator Natalia created a conflict situation, as it turned out later, she conveyed incorrect information to us. Apparently, this behavior is the norm for her. I don't understand how anyone can work in such a place and be such a callous person, devoid of any empathy for the deceased and his loved ones. Rude, angry at everyone and everything, the concept of ethics is completely absent. For me, this is the height of unprofessionalism, because saying goodbye to loved ones is a moment that will be remembered forever.
Local funeral companies are allowed in without a queue and for a fee, while others are waiting, there is no hurry. The girls who arrange the cremation are feisty cobras (to put it mildly). No humanity.
