Food is excellent, sea is very close, polite staff ,water slides, amazing shows every day ,fresh fish, pancakes ,olives etc., stretching exercises , big rooms ,but now new, The Kremlin near pool and sea is a cool idea.

We stayed with my husband at this hotel from 04/21/2024 to 05/01/2024.
We checked in at 13:30, the room was not renovated, but everything was neat and clean. Everything was working. The room is quiet. The bar was refilled every day without reminders. Room cleaning can be rated at 4-.
I can't say anything about animation, we weren't interested in it.
The food wasn't great, but it was fine. Everything was meat, chicken, turkey, fish. Of course, the choice of fish is not great, but the price of the hotel was reasonable for 11 nights. For 2 nights, 150 thousand rubles came out with departure from Kazan.
The weather was just wonderful: it was hot, but not to the point of exhaustion, since it was still April, from 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.
The sea was surprisingly very warm, and it was great to swim. It's a pity the pier starts working on May 1.
In March and April, almost half of the vacationers at this hotel are school athletes. They were not allowed to go to the sea, so there were no problems with the sun beds, as well as in the bar. It was only necessary to adjust for breakfast and lunch so as not to get in with them.
For dinner, we went to the 24-hour restaurant Terem, as we are used to having dinner early.
The hotel's bars have a huge selection of imported spirits, iced coffee, lemonades, and excellent cocktails.

This year we are going to this hotel again and taking our grandchildren aged 3, 11 and 14 with us. It will be interesting for children here. A large selection of ice cream, both in factory packaging and Turkish. The package is freely available all day, and Turkish is applied at certain hours. I didn't like the burgers and Hot Dogs.
Yes, you have to drive or walk to the pharmacy and shopping center. We didn't have a travel card, so we walked for about 30 minutes in one direction.

The hotel met all these criteria by 5+!
Yes, the food was average and the worst of the 5* where we were, but we not only came to eat, we only slept in the room, so we did not pay attention to its "tired" appearance, we were even offered to move to a new building for free in a couple of days, but we just did not want to waste time anymore The closets are small for packing and moving and in the new building.
WiFi works well everywhere. There is even a 24-hour restaurant Terem, where it was very good to eat at any time! This is the first time we've seen this
The children's room and slides are just great! Everything is new, clean, and a dream for children. In the evening, gorgeous animation for children, then for adults, and then another cool disco with a light show.
Cons: there are too many people, it's hard with sunbeds on the beach, there are enough of them, but you have to manage to find free ones
There are very few fruits at all, very modestly, the same bananas are very difficult to find
