A gorgeous place, very atmospheric, live music, delicious, varied food, original serving of dishes. You can celebrate a children's party because there is a game room, separate rooms for a business meeting and just to sit with the company.

We were at the Pretzel coffee shop on Satpayev 130, we liked the atmosphere, soft unobtrusive music, several halls far from each other, polite staff, interesting menu, dishes are served in an original design. I really love their pancakes and author's teas.

I really love this cafe. When I visit Pavlodar, I always come here. Delicious coffee, amazing desserts, pancakes with various fillings. And, of course, the interior is conducive to spiritual gatherings.

When the place first opened, it was mega-popular. They cooked delicious food. But the further it goes, the worse it gets. There are a lot of visitors in the cafe, and the waiters serve slowly. They brought cold coffee, asked me to replace it, but I was told that they had it at exactly this temperature.

Cozy, clean, friendly waiters. But it's not tasty and expensive at all. The hot stuff was terribly salty, and the dessert was not the first freshness. Only Kazakh tea was delicious. Alas, the Pretzel has gone bad. We won't go any more.
