Our favorite family vacation spot. Very cozy atmosphere and always calm. I think they make the most delicious coffee here. There is no need to talk about the culinary capabilities of chefs. Everything is great. Waiters never forget anything when completing orders. How many times have I come, and nothing has spoiled my mood. I really like coming here! And there's also live music. To my great regret, there is not always a pianist. I'm not agitating anyone to come to this place. Otherwise, you will like the coffee shop as much as I do, you will also love it. We are guests of the city of Pavlodar, we came from Kaliningrad. On the recommendation of friends, we visited the Pretzel coffee shop and were delighted with everything!!! I would especially like to mention the administrator Natalia, a professional in her field!!! She greeted me with a pleasant smile, sat me down at a great table, told me everything about the menu, recommended excellent goodies (by the way, she has very good taste). THANK you so much to her!!! Everything is very expensive and I will not say that it is delicious. Ordering something in advance is generally scary: they will definitely do something nasty. We were there the other day. Julien ordered it. There was no limit to my indignation. Firstly, it was served in a small bowl, the weight is scanty. Julienne is served in special cocottes. Secondly, the dish is cooked terribly. It feels like the cook has never seen or tasted a real julienne. The taste of cream is not even felt. Not to mention the rest. When they saw the portion size, they all laughed. We wanted to return it, but decided to try it for the sake of taste. It's disgustingly cooked. I had to get enough of other dishes. Tip: if you haven't even seen this dish, don't start cooking it.

We are guests of the city of Pavlodar, from Ust-Kamenogorsk. We accidentally got into the Pretzel Cafe and I want to share my impressions. From the very threshold, the interior was pleasantly surprised, a very nice girl met and offered free seats, they served very quickly. I will write about the delicious food separately, the beautiful presentation and, as I have already written, the delicious dishes surprised.
