This is my first experience of visiting health resorts in Belarus, I went here on an urgent recommendation and did not regret it at all! Convenient booking, I was immediately contacted by a doctor - it turned out that the deputy chief physician Labotrassova Valentina Alekseevna is an amazing doctor, a very competent specialist and just a beautiful woman!
I immediately liked the area with a huge lake with swans and ducks, a pine forest, the territory is well maintained.
Excellent food, I have adopted several dishes- I really liked the spicy pumpkin soup with ginger, I have already repeated it at home))
But the most important thing is the atmosphere! On the third day, I was barely persuaded to walk to the disco. I didn't expect anything supernatural, but the circumstances were such that the dance floor was blown up, and the whole sanatorium greeted me in the morning.... It's not my fault!!! They dragged it in themselves. And, I want to note, we are all on PP, there was no alcohol. Yes, when such dances are not needed) The local gentlemen seem to have just come from dance school, confidently leading in pairs, great conversationalists - to keep up a conversation on any topic. In general, as soon as you sit down, three gentlemen are invited right there). I learned to dance a lot of pair dances, I liked the dance of Spanish origin Padespan. It all looks amazing when the whole room is dancing in pairs! The floor was slippery (tiles and you slip on heels), but in the confident hands of a partner you fly! The wings behind his back began to erupt)) Thank you for a wonderful stay, a cozy atmosphere and great treatments!
A beautiful place. The purest air. Tasty and a lot of food😄 good and sincere, but often harassed by the flow of tourists people. It seems that there is not enough staff for such a volume of visitors. my first sanatorium.
Clean, tidy, tired rooms, daily cleaning (2 complex), with excellent audibility of neighbors. I lacked a clearer organization of procedures. If a nurse has a day off, then procedures are not available according to her profile, there are no replacement specialists, there are a lot of non-working devices, there are no promised spa complexes. For tourists from the Russian Federation, please note that only MIR cards or local cash are accepted here. I'll come again - probably not. Will I recommend, well, who hasn't been, for comparison, can visit here. Minsk is 20 minutes away by taxi, it is very convenient to go to museums, theaters in Minsk. But there is also a minus from the proximity to the capital, I hear the sound of roads, but it's all in the distance, but I wanted ringing silence.
Dad is resting there now, he likes it.The room is good, clean, there is enough food, the procedures are varied, they were picked up well and, by the way, not so few of them are included in the package, but quite enough, dad says that more is not needed, it would be too much.The territory is beautiful.If possible, we will come back again.Thanks to all the staff of the sanatorium.
I recovered and rested in the sanatorium "Krinitsa" from 07.06 to 06/16/2024, lived in the 1st building. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the sanatorium for organizing wellness, polite and friendly attitude towards vacationers. I would like to mention a good medical base, a variety of procedures, competent and attentive doctors and nurses. The procedures are scheduled conveniently for visiting. Clean, well-groomed territory of the sanatorium. Daily room cleaning. I really liked the buffet food. A wide range of dishes. The menu includes: meat, fish, fruits, pastries, fresh and stewed vegetables. A variety of soups and snacks, several types of second courses and side dishes, various drinks. Everything is fresh and delicious. The menu changes daily. The dining room is always clean, the dishes are cleaned in a timely manner. The staff is polite and friendly. I will definitely come to the sanatorium again and recommend everyone to visit it for recovery.
We took a ticket without treatment, we planned to buy the procedures on the spot. The program stated on the website could not be purchased, part of the equipment did not work. But they picked up other procedures. All employees are very attentive and took into account our requests and requests. We went to the pool once, and the bus from the sanatorium carries us. I liked the pool. The room was in the third clopus. Upon arrival, his mystery was clarified, the rooms when booking in other buildings were sold out and cost a little more. The building is located at a considerable distance from the dining room and the main medical building, and also on an elevation. 15 thousand steps were taken in a day. The territory is large, well-groomed, everything is covered with trees. There is a beach with sun beds, swimming was forbidden, unfortunately. A 15-minute walk away there is a public beach with a cafe and a shower, where people swam. Benches, swings, fountains, playground, swans, ducks, I liked everything. The food in the dining room was simple but delicious, there was enough of everything. We were invited to go on excursions and to the theater. There was music and a disco in the evening. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi from the train station in Minsk.
The service is good, basically all the employees of the sanatorium are friendly and try to please customers as much as possible. Buffet, you will not stay hungry. There is a small shop, if anything, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, a cosmetologist. The territory is well maintained and clean. There are a lot of benches, swings, exercise equipment. We lived in the 2nd building, on the 6th floor there was a suite type room. Air conditioning, double bed, bathrobes, hairdryer, TV with 9 channels, mosquito nets on the windows. The overall impression is good, only 8 days maximum, no more, you get tired of the monotony.
I liked everything very much! The territory is large and very beautiful. The embankment with fountains is just space. The food is delicious and varied - everyone has found something to eat. The staff is polite. The room was cleaned every day. Everything that was in the description was there (hair dryer, dishes, towels, slippers, small refrigerator, TV). I was pleased with the cultural program - workshops, discos, exhibitions, paid concerts. I took a book with me to read-I didn't have time to do it. For sports enthusiasts, there are outdoor exercise equipment and a sports ground. There is a store on site, the assortment is not bad in principle. There is a pump room and various medical procedures. I only had an oxygen cocktail and pearl baths with pine needles - I really liked everything. An important point is that Minsk is 15 minutes on foot and 15 minutes by train. I think it's convenient. In general. Next time, just come here. I highly recommend it!
Great location and great service. We went for fibrogastroscopy. An excellent doctor, took a lot of time, told us about the examination, and about the diet, and prescribed medicines, checked their availability at the pharmacy on the territory, since we asked about it so as not to go looking for them. And the place itself is just full of positive emotions. We definitely recommend it
We had a rest in the sanatorium Krinitsa in December, there are no impressions left to convey. The hospitality of the staff, cleanliness everywhere, well-maintained territory, the sanatorium is located in a pine forest, near a huge lake. Special thanks to the staff of the food department for dietary nutrition, a diverse range of dishes. There is a bar and a cinema room in building 1. Cultural program every day, dancing, concerts. The excursion program is varied. The sanatorium is located not far from the center of Minsk, where you can visit shops, the famous Komarovsky market, where a variety of products surprises with its abundance. There is a New Year's Eve decoration in the city, such beauty, and New Year's style decoration in large chain stores. Such beauty is not possible to convey, it only needs to be seen.
I liked the location of the sanatorium. It is easy to get to the center of Minsk by buses, minibuses and commuter train. A good medical base. Good food, dietary, although there are queues at the restaurant. Beautiful, large, well-maintained territory. But the sleeping buildings leave much to be desired-most rooms require renovation. Unreasonably expensive airport transfer.
This sanatorium is saved by its convenient location near the Minsk Sea and surrounded by forest, draniki and girls from hydrotherapy, who are not only pleasant, but always went to a meeting if it was necessary to postpone the procedure. And so we still have to work and work on the service... We included some procedures in the price of the tour. For example, a massage chair, but we were told everything is planned for the summer ahead and don't even dream about it. The drain in the shower cabin did not work well in the apartment, the microwave did not work at all, for dinner they gave cutlets with broccoli, which were separated at lunch. Some dishes might not be enough at all. Such as pancakes for dessert or charlotte.
I rested in it, I liked everything. The treatment is standard, there is an entertainment program. The main thing is not far from Minsk! We visited the theater and other attractions.
The territory is large, the buildings are spread out. Until the third, about 10 minutes on foot. The lake shore is well landscaped. All paths are paved. The pump room is in a scoop condition, the porch is crumbling, take care of your feet. But the water is very good. The staff is polite and helpful. Special thanks to the administrator Valentina from the 1st building. We lived in a two-room room in the 1st building. The furniture is so-so. There are no chairs, but instead of chairs there are stools made of three boards. There are no shoe spoons. I asked if they only say that in the suites. They made me laugh! Otherwise, it is tolerable. The medical care is good. I really didn't like the dirt. They were applied in plastic bags. This is not a treatment, but a warming up of problem areas. The mud clinic is also at a distance from the buildings. It is necessary to walk down the street after the procedure. About the food. There are no large pickles. But in principle, they cook delicious. The pastries are imported and not tasty. The plates were collected in one corner, I had to scurry across the dining room for them every time. The price is satisfied, cheaper than in Pleated or Youth. But there is another level there.
A very good place to relax - a large territory, extremely clean and tidy everywhere. A powerful diagnostic complex with modern equipment, a lot of wellness procedures, the names of many of them I have never met, the staff, however, is slightly uncouth and a little boorish. The buffet is varied and plentiful, but with a bias in diet food: everything is boiled, steamed, stewed, stewed. It is convenient to travel to Minsk and the surrounding area. Nearby is the Minsk Sea with yachts, surfing and a sapboard.
I rested on a weekend package in the spring of 2024. Like it. A decent room. All-inclusive meals, there was plenty of food, a wide variety, delicious. The service is very pleasant, I would say at the European level. Tactfully and politely, take into account wishes, coordinate procedures on time. I recommend.
We really like it here.The staff is polite and very helpful. The room is beautiful, there are two rooms-a dining room and a living room. Comfortable beds and sofas, new bed linen. The food is delicious and varied-the Swedish table.There are pines and fir trees all around, fresh air.Nearby(850m)station.15 min.And you are in Minsk.I recommend.And in summer, you can also swim in the reservoir. The beach is equipped.There are water and mud baths, a sauna.
I don't even know how to describe my impressions. We had a trip without treatment. Meals are served in two shifts, we had a second shift. On the first day we came for dinner, everything was cold and there was practically nothing to eat. However, vinaigrette and small cutlets were brought later. In the following days it was better, probably someone complained, the food was warm. If anyone likes to eat meat, it's not here. They were treated to sausages and cutlets. Once there was a chicken, small pieces. This is understandable, people take such an amount, you think, do they really eat so much at home. Of course, I understand that there are no companions for the taste and color, but I did not like the Food.
The accommodation was good, probably recently renovated. Wi-Fi rarely appeared on my phone, it worked well for my husband. The territory of the sanatorium is large, there is a place to walk by the lake. Beautiful sunsets in the evening. I've been to a concert with Belarusian pop artists twice, I liked it (the concert is paid). The location of the sanatorium is very good, you can get to Minsk by train, by taxi. Zhdanovichi station is 10 minutes from the sanatorium and 15 minutes from Minsk.
It is a very picturesque place...well-maintained territory with a large park..a good wellness base.
Friendly people. The buffet.you can choose the food...
The sanatorium is wonderful!
If you are an elderly person and have problems with the musculoskeletal system, then I recommend buying a ticket to 1 or 2 buildings.
It is a long way to go to the 3rd building and up the stairs, it is difficult to walk if there are health problems.
In the heat, I think the buildings are stuffy, there are no air conditioners.
For procedures that are in demand, for example, an underwater shower massage, you need to sign up before your trip to the sanatorium, a month in advance. I called the reception and they signed me up. Otherwise, you may not get in or get few treatments.
In general, I liked everything. There is something to compare it with. I have been to many health resorts in Belarus.
The sanatorium is very cozy, the territory and nature are at a height. I would like to express special gratitude to the massage master Vitaly Lemeshevsky - a professional in his field!!!
I had a rest with my wife from 12/26/2024 to 01/06/2025. This is the 6th sanatorium in the last 9 years, and there is something to compare it with. Upon check-in, there was only one receptionist working at the reception. There was a queue. We couldn't find the prepayment at the time of booking. The administrator went to the accounting department to clarify these issues. As a result, the check-in took about 1.5 hours. After 40 minutes, however, the second administrator appeared. They settled in the 2nd building on the 4th floor (the building has 5 floors and an attic, there is an elevator). They even offered a freight elevator for delivering things. The room is a 2-bed two-room. The furniture is battered, but in good condition. The refrigerator is 40 cm high and you have to kneel down to put something down or get it out. There are 2 outlets in the living room to which the TV and refrigerator are connected, and when connecting the kettle, one of them needs to be disconnected. There is no hairdryer or iron in the rooms. In the bedroom there is 1 socket behind the bedside tables, to which the table lamps located on these bedside tables are connected, and if you want to connect a charger, you need to move the bedside table and unplug the lamp... The lighting in the living room (an indoor ceiling lamp) was weak, but within 1 hour after the request to resolve this issue, an electrician came and connected the second lamp to the second lamp holder in the lamp). Wi-Fi (at least)in the 2nd building on the 4th floor, he worked erratically and sporadically. Almost everyone living there noted this. The buffet food is generally good (2-3 types of the first, 2-3 types of meat and fish, 3-4 side dishes, 3-5 salads). There was only one type of fruit at lunch, and people who were allergic to citrus fruits, and there were many of them, were left without fruit. 10-15 minutes after the dining room opened, especially at lunchtime, there were not enough tables, and people with filled plates were rushing around the dining room in search of shelter. However, a couple of days later they added a couple of tables at the entrance, but there was a draft, and no one was sitting there more than once. We could have put double tables against the wall with windows, and the passage would have remained sufficient, and the issue would have been resolved with accommodation during rush hour. The treatment is not bad. But, for example, massage and baths are contraindicated for me, and in all other sanatoriums they offered other procedures instead of these procedures, at least aroma or speleo therapy, they did not offer this here. The location and territory are probably the best of all previously visited sanatoriums. The animation is also at a very good level, especially Elena Matetskaya. The service bar and the menu are weak. The bartender is a man to himself, although the girl at the bar (the receptionist or also the bartender is not clear) is trying to fix his joints. The staff is at a good level, and they are trying to correct organizational shortcomings using their strength and capabilities. I put 4 stars in advance, it is clear that the administration is trying to eliminate the shortcomings. The potential is very good.
I rested in the sanatorium for the 3rd time!And I saw the differences from previous years! First of all, the price of paid procedures!!! We are all in shock! We rested for 11 days, from September 23 to October 4 this year, and received only 4 free treatments, the rest are paid!!! Mud treatment, mineral pearl bath,speleotherapy, vortex baths, hand massage,SMT DDT Amlipulse!!! What are 4 massages??? Yes, nothing!!! It's a shame! And the prices for paid procedures range from 450 to 750 rubles!!! The repair was done perfectly in the 1st building!!!Towels are changed every 3 days, bedding is changed once a week! Buffet for 4-5!!! And finally, concerts, often paid - prices from 600 rubles to 750!!! We were pleased with the dance evenings, especially when Elena Matetskaya and Alexander Eduardovich worked!!! All requests of vacationers were fulfilled!!! And they even danced the Belarusian polka and Padespan!!! super!!!Many thanks to them for such fun!!!
My husband and I have been vacationing at the Krinitsa sanatorium for the second year in a row. And we do not regret the choice of a wonderful sanatorium. Having arrived this year, it is clear that the sanatorium is developing and is not standing still. Please accept my deep gratitude for the fabulous vacation in the sanatorium "Krinitsa ". A large and well-maintained area with a variety of plants, including many beautiful flowers and conifers. There are many benches with canopies and various swings. The resort's huge private beach is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The rooms are very tidy. The rooms have a TV, kettle, cups, glasses, refrigerator, wardrobe, hangers. Everything for a wonderful holiday. Cleaning is done on schedule and upon request. I would like to mention the employees of the canteen separately! It's just super. Everything is so delicious and beautifully served. The variety of buffet dishes is no different from the Swedish tables abroad. Always clean and the dishes are cleaned at the time. The employees are very attentive and responsive. They're just smart. My husband and I are delighted with the kindness and attention of the medical staff of the sanatorium "Krinitsa". Your concern is nothing more than high professional morality. We wish the sanatorium not to stop there! There are more vacationers and grateful people for you. And most importantly, a good salary. Be healthy and loved! With sincere respect and gratitude, Maria Rudko
A trip to the sanatorium Krinitsa, near Minsk.
A lot has been written about traveling to Belarus. I would like to share my impressions.
I've been going to the sanatorium for a long time, but the KavMinVody has already been mastered in 20 years, I wanted something new)) and my husband and I decided to travel to friendly Belarus. It all started with the purchase of tickets. There are several ways to get there. The car was excluded immediately, I wanted to relax from the first day, so there was a choice of train or plane. Since the Rostov airport is closed, we stopped at the railway. There are two options: direct or via Moscow. We decided to try both options. We traveled there via Moscow, and took a direct route back from Minsk to Rostov. We took tickets for the Rostov-on-Don-Moscow train on the longest route, at 2 a.m. we got into our compartment, we got to the capital in 31 hours, since it was the only train that arrived in Moscow at 9 a.m. (I wanted, firstly, to walk, secondly, to catch the Swallow, which departs from Belarussky railway station at 16:00)
We arrived at the Kievsky railway station, went down to the Subway and a few minutes later entered the building of the Belarussky railway station. Things were left in an automatic storage room. We took it for 6 hours, payment is fast, through the 500₽ terminal, very convenient). After walking around the center at 15:30 we were at the train station. The swallow was already waiting for us. We watched movies all the way, which we pumped on the phone in advance, because communication on the road, as you know, is not very good)
And finally we are in the hero city of Minsk. The time on the clock is 22:50.
First of all, they changed rubles to the local currency. It was necessary to pay for a taxi (left-wing taxi drivers take, by the way, any currency). And here was our first surprise. Exchange rate: 30.45 Russian rubles are charged for 1 Belarusian ruble. And then my husband and I broke down like mathematicians))) for 5,500 Russian rubles, we were given 189 (!) Belarusian rubles, no matter how we counted, divided or multiplied, it turns out that according to the course that was written, we should have received 180, where did another 9 rubles come from)) Who will explain it to me? As it turned out later, if you pay with a MIR card with Russian rubles on it, the exchange rate will be even more profitable (when paying, it is immediately converted into local currency) so do not rush to change a lot of money, there is no point,
but I will continue further. As at all train stations, there are also taxi drivers in Minsk, prices differ by 3 times. Since there was no connection, we were tired, we wanted to get to the place faster, we agreed to everything. The trip was not overshadowed by the price of 30 rubles (through the application, the price to the sanatorium is 11-15 rubles) because our taxi driver was local, while we were driving, he told us, without stopping, about local attractions. On the way, we found out where Alexander Grigoryevich's mother lived, where Minsk ended, that at 21:00 all illumination in the city turns off, except for the lanterns that they still have))) there are Octobrists and pioneers (two-tone red-green ties) in short, nostalgia about childhood and youth began in the car))
We arrived at the sanatorium in 15 minutes, drove straight to the checkpoint, the keys were already waiting for us at the checkpoint (we had warned in advance that we would arrive at night). The taxi driver (a very courteous man) drove straight to the 2nd building, and brought things to the room. We finally got there)).
First thing in the morning, we went to the administrative building. We were given sanatorium books and a referral to a doctor and a canteen (they asked in advance what shift we would eat. We chose the first one and they put orange bracelets on our wrists (the second shift is turquoise) We paid 84 Belarusian rubles for early check-in and breakfast for two and went to the building with sliding red doors to get acquainted with the local cuisine)). There are two halls in the dining room, large and small. The buffet. The food is almost homemade, for every taste. Coffee machines (espresso, cappuccino, Americano) are open in the morning. The coffee is tasteless, there is a feeling that it is not ground, but instant (there was no characteristic sound of a coffee grinder), but for lack of a better one, they sometimes drank. There was always cocoa, fruit compote (strawberry without sugar prevailed (which pleased me), yogurt (different every day), juice and of course tea (black, green). There was a lot of food, the variety was impressive, but it would have been better to have a customized menu, as in the sanatoriums of Pyatigorsk and Kislovodsk, since the instinct of gluttony did not work and in the first week we did not leave the dining room, but rolled out. I wanted to try everything. Thank God, then everything returned to normal, and breakfast was limited to a small amount of the freshest 10% cottage cheese with sour cream (very tasty) and a couple of spoonfuls of some kind of porridge (hercules, rice, semolina, druzhba, buckwheat, millet, pearl barley). There was always some kind of cottage cheese casserole in the morning, as well as pastries, biscuits, cookies. Two or three types of sausage: boiled, ham and boiled-smoked. Hard cheese, mozzarella (delicious homemade). Honey, jam, etc
. For lunch there are three or four types of the first: two types of soup are required-mashed potatoes (always different) and traditional (noodles, borscht, with meatballs, ear, etc.) a large number of salads, side dishes, meat, cutlets, meatballs, fish (fried or baked in sauce) draniki pickles, the same stuff for dinner, but without the first one. In general, if you want to lose weight, then it is contraindicated to go to the dining room, from the word at all. I'm getting carried away with the dining room. So, after a hearty breakfast, we went to the doctor, who, according to our indications (standard osteochondrosis) from the sanatorium card (which we issued in Rostov) prescribed procedures. And here we were surprised by the small number of free procedures that are included in the price of the tour. Magnets, mud therapy, manual massage of one area, and baths (coniferous or hydro massage). There is no swimming pool in the sanatorium. But since we had a two-week trip, we were supposed to do it as many as 3 times!!! visiting the pool (I was spoiled by the sanatorium treatment in Kavminvody, I was surprised, since we went to the pool there every day, including weekends). We were taken to the pool by minibus to a large Spa complex. Departure is strictly by the hour, I was late, I didn't get there. That's why we always came in advance. But the bus always arrived and left on time, which was very pleasing)) there are never any delays (this applies to any public transport in Minsk, if the sign that is at each stop says that the bus will arrive at 13:44, it arrived exactly at 13:44)) paradox)))
All other procedures are the same as everywhere else. All rooms from the rooms to the public toilets and corridors are clean. Rooms are cleaned every day, linen is changed once a week, towels can be changed whenever you want) We used to tell the maid, she would bring a replacement right away.
And I would like to stay on the territory separately))) It's huge. The sanatorium stands on the shore of a lake where swans, ducks and seagulls swim. Swans are not afraid of people, on the contrary, they swim to the shore when they see a person approaching the edge.
Beggars are scary, but you can't feed them bread, so they usually sail away not very happy, angrily flapping their wings and swearing in a swan's obscene language for human greed.
Equipped embankment, a large number of benches, benches, swings. There is a place to sit and get some fresh air. But my husband and I were carried outside our sanatorium, through a forest with towering 20-30 meter pines to see where the lake ends, and strangely enough, the whole coast is clean, equipped, everything is for people. If you are a fisherman and you are going to relax in this sanatorium, take fishing rods)) there is a place to sit, to guard the water with a stick)) bleak is caught from fish, at least we have seen only it.
Ahhh, another lyrical digression, for those who lead an unhealthy lifestyle, and still take all sorts of nasty things in their mouths. I use an icos. So, my friends, icos sticks are not sold in Belarus, from the word at all. Therefore, stock up and take it from home. On the day of departure, I accidentally found the sticks at the railway station. We didn't find them anywhere else. On the ground floor, there is a snuffbox in the store. Chinese sticks, those who like menthol take green ones. They are more or less sturdy.
Apparently, there is an active fight against smoking, because you will not find tobacco stalls, which we have at every turn, during the day with fire.
We found it at the Komarovsky market and at the railway station and the FSE)
I would like to say separately about the souvenirs that I would like to bring to my loved ones. I didn't want to buy banal magnets and similar rubbish. Since my family all have a sweet tooth, we took cool Belarusian chocolate and cranberries in sugar, everything is very tasty. There is a shopping center Stolitsa in the center of Minsk, sweets can be bought there. And at the Komarovsky market they bought smoked sausage and BREAD, one loaf of 2 kg 200 grams!!! The bread is very tasty, dense, stretched as best they could, but it still ended ((therefore, if you have the opportunity and desire, take it) you will not regret it. What I want to say finally, we have not traveled to all the places we wanted to visit, so we will definitely go again. But since this was a review of almost a sanatorium, I will tell you about the other attractions separately). Peace and kindness to all😘
I was with my husband at the Krinitsa sanatorium in early August 2024. I want to thank all the staff of the sanatorium: from the maid to the doctors. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. All procedures were carried out with pleasure. The food in the dining room is delicious, homemade. Thank you very much for the treatment and rest.
The sanatorium is not bad, good air a large area of the Minsk Sea is called a reservoir adjacent to the territory you can swim in the air Pine forest buffet food there is something to choose and eat treatment as in Russia everywhere there are disadvantages that there is no good gym and I advise you so much
We had a rest at the sanatorium in October.The sanatorium is located near Minsk.This is a big plus.Large well-maintained territory.They check in at exactly 12 o'clock and not a minute earlier.The room was in the 1st building. The rooms are very small, they asked to change - the girl from the marketing department asked for an additional payment for a similar room and all this in raised tones.The procedures are prescribed according to the voucher with the most budget treatment that I could do at home in a polyclinic.I paid a lot of money for the ticket.The price-quality does not match.Buffet meals.The choice of dishes is large, you will definitely not be hungry.The disadvantage is that there are long queues in the dining room and there are no trays.The staff of the dining room behaves rudely with vacationers.My friend had a fractional nutrition diet and she took a sandwich with her.The canteen employee began to make a remark to the entire dining room.I think it's not permissible to talk to vacationers like that.There are no complaints about room cleaning, towels were changed, garbage was removed.Soap and shampoo are disposable and have not been added anymore.I will not go to this sanatorium anymore
The sanatorium, nature, location-I liked everything. We got the medical procedures we wanted. Everything is available. The food is not impressive, but you can choose from everything. Cleanliness is everywhere, the territory is huge, well maintained. There are no insects-no butterflies, no flies, no mosquitoes, they've all been poisoned.
We rested at the Krinitsa sanatorium 6 times. In 2024, they rested from May 24 to June 08. We really like the sanatorium. Firstly, its location, well-groomed territory, the forest massif surrounding this territory, a beautiful reservoir with an equipped beach.
We express our gratitude to the director of the sanatorium, Viktor Viktorovich, for the fact that every year the sanatorium is transformed, thanks to modern repairs both in public areas and in rooms, new equipment and new furniture.
Many thanks to the canteen chef. The food is always fresh, tasty and varied.
This year we lived on the 4th floor of the 1st building in room 416 and thanks to the work of the maids, there was always perfect cleanliness.
We also want to thank all the medical staff for their care and attention.
Sincerely, Stanislav and Natalia Sokolov.
We rested in this sanatorium for two weeks...They provided a room with a leak near the shower.There is no hood...I'm not talking about the air conditioner.....in the rooms facing the sunny side, people were just suffocating from the heat.The number was changed after a violent scandal.It is clear that the food is sanatorium....cheap but angry.It seems that the maintenance staff just like in Soviet times is sitting out their time ...... does not apply to doctors and medical staff.The territory is beautiful...but the water is so dirty with oil stains that you don't really want to swim in it.....Entertainment at a minimum....in the evening there is a disco for pensioners....yes, the visiting artists all work only for money.....and this is in a sanatorium .....I understand the residents of Belarus ..... they have vouchers from trade unions .... but what do we do when we buy with our hard-earned pension and want convenience.The site says that there is a swimming pool, but it is not only in another sanatorium and you have to pay for it again......And so I want to say that many thanks to the people living on this fertile land..they are very responsive and kind....To all of you, health and well-being to your family and friends.
I liked the rest in the sanatorium. There is a good medical base, the medical staff is qualified and friendly. The food is delicious, no one was left hungry. It is pleasant to take a walk on the territory of the sanatorium. It is located near Minsk, so you can go to see the city. Excursions are organized. Claims only to the placement service, they work poorly, they have a fat two! Special thanks to the cashier Natasha for understanding and responsiveness!
I rested in the sanatorium "Krinitsa" 6-7 times and considered it one of the best sanatoriums in Belarus. Therefore, we paid for a standard double room from 28.10 to 9.11 2024, based on the description of the room on the sanatorium's website, where, in particular, the availability of Wi-Fi and good TV was indicated. This is a deception - in fact, there is not even an available network in the room. There is a TV, but it shows 1 program, the rest - through thick ripples. It is impossible to read or knit in the room - there is no individual lighting, there is a bedside lamp between the beds. The sanatorium offers treatment of the musculoskeletal system, and in the room, instead of comfortable chairs, there are only 2 stools, on which it is impossible to sit with a sore back. There is a large glazed balcony, but it is completely empty, not even a chair on it. There is only 1 (one) hook in the towel rack in the bathroom.
The number of procedures included in the treatment package has been reduced to a minimum and offers mainly physical therapy, physiotherapy, salt cave, mechanical massage.
The mud treatment procedure is of such quality that after it it is enough just to wipe the skin with a napkin. All effective procedures in the "Krinitsa" are only paid, but even then some are denied.
The staff of the sanatorium has changed significantly for the worse. When registering at the sanatorium, we, in outerwear, tired from the road, were forced to wait about 25 minutes while managers Julia and Victoria discussed personal matters, communicated with vacationers who came to the counter. After the people in the queue for registration began to be indignant, the girls condescended to do their job... It is important for me to have Internet in my room - I sleep very poorly and often listen to audiobooks at night, so when I discovered the absence of the promised Wi-Fi, I turned to the same Julia. She sent me to G.Kovalsky to solve the problem on my own. G.Kovalsky, who introduced himself as the head physician of the sanatorium (?!), in response to my bewilderment about the absence
The Internet, said (quote) : "I didn't promise you anything! Let's try to do something...it will not work, so there will be no Internet."
There is no Internet in the room!!! The "kind" staff advised me to use the "couch in the hallway" when I need Wi-Fi. I guess I'll have to spend the night there.
On the positive side: comfortable beds in the room; a wonderful, large sanatorium park; delicious and varied food (especially first and meat dishes and dairy products).
I would like to add that the price of vouchers has been increased by 2 times compared to 2022, and the level of service has significantly deteriorated.
I do not recommend the sanatorium "Krinitsa" in terms of price-quality ratio.
The most disgusting sanatorium in Minsk , and even at a price twice as high as the neighboring Rockets and Belorusochki ! The list of procedures is very modest, some are not available at all, there are no diets, although the site indicates that the buffet is meager and monotonous, of scoop quality, while queues at the distribution, as a result, some dishes are not enough for everyone ..., I stayed there for half of 10 days, poisoned myself and went home to be treated, of course about there is no question of a refund for services not rendered...!(((. P.S. Windows and window sills in the spans of the main staircase, the main (first) building, have probably not been washed since the collapse of the USSR ..., straight fuuu ..., but why, you can't see the curtains for the role ...)))((( !!!
November 2023.
Let's start with the pros:
- a very beautiful place;
- nice room;
- normal food;
- a lot of procedures - I recommend manual massage at Overchuk S.N., just great!;
- everything is within walking distance;
- lots of excursions and entertainment;
good girls at the reception desk, at the reception desk.
Now the cons:
cleaning leaves much to be desired (plumbing, dust), all the sockets in the room barely hold, the shower is very uncomfortable, poor Internet.
In general, I recommend both for rest and for treatment.
For that kind of money, Everything is just super, location, food, staff, rooms, territory, treatment, recreation, entertainment, frequency and order, I highly recommend it to everyone
To begin with, the city of Minsk is very beautiful. The architecture of the last century has been preserved, there are many colorful houses of different colors and sizes. It looks harmonious. About the Krinitsa sanatorium: in general, if you are over 60 years old, then it's fine. Somehow I was not ready for such a format of rest and realized that it was too early for me))) . The medical staff is polite, everything will be explained and shown. The rooms are not big, but we had enough. Nutrition: depending on which shift is working. When we first arrived, I didn't like it at first, it reminded me of the dining room. Then it was tastier. The territory is huge. In general, the rest was a success. We slept it off.
We are resting in a sanatorium now, for the first time in Belarus.We liked the sanatorium, I didn't even expect it for such a price.A large territory, the buffet is replete with dishes, there are many, varied,everything is in abundance,cooked products are reported on time, but not always delicious soups.We rest on a wellness package, we do the procedures ourselves, all without problems, at a reasonable price.But I will add a little negativity on cleaning.Wet cleaning is done on request, Or it is so routine, Or the maid does not cope well with her duties.And another big minus with the change of bed linen, on this day the maid put a set of bed linen on the bed and everything, fill it up yourself!!!!This is the first time I've seen this in a sanatorium, especially one claiming four stars.!I ask you to correct this issue somehow.I wish the sanatorium prosperity in the future, we will try to come here more than once.
An excellent sanatorium. It is located 3 minutes from the MKAD, if you are by car and want to visit Minsk, then this is a great option. The car park is both free and paid, please have three meals a day (buffet, we were only at breakfast, but after breakfast we could safely skip lunch), Minsk is 2 minutes away and you immediately get to Independence Ave. Of course, the numbers may differ from the photos, so this point needs to be clarified. In general, the sanatorium is clean and well maintained as in the whole republic.
We rested for the second year.very dignified. Very friendly staff, helpful, solve all requests (medical reception is super).
The rooms are nice, large, cleaning is regular, towels were always changed upon request (the shower comes out of the "banks"). The treatment is qualified, everyone is doing great, it feels like people are sincere about their work. The food is delicious, homemade, diverse (salads of 6-8 types, fish every day (pink salmon, mackerel, Hake, herring,, under a fur coat,,), pancakes-just space. The cooks are smart. Now a small one, BUT... the beach, there were not enough sun beds(the beach is well-groomed, beautiful, people come to relax from the city, take sun beds... Therefore, there are not enough vacationers.)
I would like to reconsider the beach access regime. They took a minibus to the pool (there were enough tracks for everyone).The territory is huge, there is a place to walk, admire the roses, breathe the forest air. The cultural program is diverse: excursions to the city, trade shows, concerts and how can there be no disco.
Of course, there were some vacationers who were upset about something. . . So that's what they want to say...you want it to be like in Turkey.. Buy a 3* hotel...and get everything like a 5*... We have a large selection of sanatoriums... Krinitsa is very decent.
Recommending it to everyone, and as they say... Yes, we want to go back there next year.
Many thanks to the staff of the sanatorium. I would especially like to mention the work of massage therapists Overchuk and Kles.
The food is good enough, the rooms are excellent. Purity. The only drawback is the doors in the room. They are very noisy when you open them, and you can also hear all the sounds from the corridor.
I will definitely recommend your sanatorium to friends and colleagues. Thank you for a great stay!
He's in a sanatorium now. I really like the location, close to Minsk. The room is renovated, everything is clean and beautiful. But the beds are arranged so that I don't see my girlfriend when I'm lying on mine. With the letter G. We arrived for 10 days for only 4 procedures, but this is probably the case everywhere now. In the dining room (which is called a restaurant), they forget to put napkins where they should always be, there are not enough dishes either; there are no glasses, pie plates, not to mention pies. You can say no to baking , it's been the same cake and cookies for three days now. Where are the delicious Belarusian pastries and pancakes?. There is no such dish that can be said - Oh, how delicious. The cook even managed to spoil the cheesecakes and casserole, it's just baked flour. Morning liquid porridges are laid out on trays - horror. And the DJ is ON THE SOAP!!! It is not even clear where such music comes from...
We arrived at the sanatorium today. The room is in the third building, simple, has everything you need.
The territory is large and well maintained, the forest, the beach and the lake were a pleasure.
I came to the express weight loss program announced on the website. It turns out that there are actually no hours of procedures. Expectation and reality, unfortunately, did not coincide.
A good location. Nature pleases the eye. There is a store with a good assortment on site. The buffet food is delicious, but not too varied, the medical base is on the level. Due to the location, evening concert programs are often arranged for a fee

We are here now. The only advantage is the location. Very close to Minsk, it is convenient to get from the station on foot. There is a pine forest around. The territory of the sanatorium is large and well-groomed, swans with chicks swim. Beautiful sunsets over the water. Otherwise, it is a complete disappointment. Considering the cost of a trip WITHOUT treatment - 9 thousand for a 2-room room for two, the expectations were completely different. The food is terrible, it's just a pain, the simplest, cheapest, although cheap can be cooked in different ways, here it's as if the cook specially makes it as tasteless as possible, as once in school canteens. The same tomatoes with garlic roaming from lunch to dinner, Korean carrots, inedible pollock, overcooked potatoes, cottage cheese on its own, then in pancakes, waste-free production...they gave the meat in chunks, so it was impossible to cut it with a knife, it is hard as a sole, how can you give this to people? Chemical juices, orange juice was simply impossible to drink. Again, the cheapest, from the series of products "red price" from pyaterochka. The same coffee from the vending machine. For dessert - poor cookies, no cakes. Once they gave buns, so they were all attacked at once and immediately disassembled, not enough for everyone. The plates are put wet, an excellent breeding ground for germs (the same thing happened last year in Turkey at the 4 * hotel in Side, but at least here without traces of food, as it was there). When you enter the dining room, you immediately feel an unpleasant smell, there is no desire to eat there. The feeling that they came to eat in the most miserable St. Petersburg dining room, only there the prices will be different. The room itself has been out of repair for a long time, the photos on the site do NOT correspond to reality, the smell of dampness from the linen, the beds creak, and they are very narrow (I fit with my small build, but people, let's say, it will definitely be uncomfortable to sleep wider). Shampoos and shower gels were given twice as much as needed for two people for our number of days. Cleaning - garbage removal. There is no pool, this is the price purely for the room and food without any extras.WiFi does not work well, even Yandex maps do not load normally. Well, it does not pull in any way by 9 thousand per day. For this money, you could rent a room in Minsk itself and go to restaurants together, and it would definitely be cheaper. Only the proximity of Minsk saves you, you have to eat there. It's a pity for the money that went down the drain, but we already have to sit here somehow until the end of the trip. Unfortunately, the beauty of nature does not cover the disadvantages of this place.
P.S. Here they complained about the boorish treatment of the girl at the registration - this did not happen to us, I can't say anything bad here, everything is very polite, maybe another shift is simple.
P.P.S. On the last day, at exactly 8 a.m., a woman who cleans the rooms broke into the room (you can't say otherwise), opened with her key We were still asleep at that time (the eviction was only at 10 a.m.), we did not hear the knock, maybe she was knocking. They jumped out of bed and I didn't understand what was going on at all. She began to demand to give her some sanatorium leaflets, which we did not have, because the trip was without treatment. Then she began to ask for a payment receipt so that she would sign it from behind and take it somewhere for a report. I said that this is our receipt that we were given, I don't have to give it anything. She signed the back of it (why??) And she left. One question - what was it? The request to the administration, firstly, is not to give idiotic orders to her subordinates, because she obviously did not come to us of her own free will, and secondly, to hold some conversations with the staff, in general this is not done in normal places, this is the first time I have come across this. The staff can't just break into the room with their key early in the morning while people are sleeping, or taking a shower, or sitting on the toilet, or it is unknown in what form they are in the room at all. This is not a barracks, after all, where everyone is required to stand at the whistle. Respect at least a little the privacy of your guests, who leave you a lot of money. Order at least hanging signs on the door with the words "you can enter / you can not enter", it's a shame not to have such in our time. We definitely won't be coming back to you after this last episode.
A wonderful sanatorium that is located in a picturesque place. A pine forest, a clean lake, a huge well-groomed territory, a huge medical base, competent friendly staff, very tasty buffet meals, excellent doctors, all this contributed to rest and wellness. I express my gratitude to the entire staff of the sanatorium "Krinitsa" for such a warm welcome. We will definitely return to this wonderful place more than once.
This place is awesome!!! For me, it's relaxation! I've been coming for the third year in a row! The city is nearby, transport is nearby, the food is good! The staff is warm and helpful!
Very polite staff, a varied buffet, many treatments of various types, very cool massage specialists. I liked the pearl baths, aromatherapy in general, the bomb, the cedar barrel, everything is super!!! A huge territory with separate buildings in a wooded area on the shore of the Zhdanovichi reservoir, water walks, a cafe, a bar, a shop, a post office, discos, excursions, Minsk is just around the corner. The pool is very well equipped, gazebos around, a barbecue area, a pump room with mineral water, oxygen cocktails in general, a very worthwhile sanatorium, I really want to go back!!!
A good sanatorium! A large territory, no one bothers anyone. Polite staff, the time for the procedure is changed without problems and you can also buy it simply! There is no variety in the buffet, but everything is very tasty and dietary. The maid cleans up often! The audibility in the room certainly leaves much to be desired!))) (1st building, 4th floor)
I would like to mention the Sharko procedure, Olga is the best shorkist in Belarus!!!
We were on New Year's Eve 2025! It's boring, they won't entertain, and for the money at the banquet (350 br). There was no joy or entertainment. the attitude is good only towards regular customers, You can also be moved to the recording of the procedure if you need to "let go" of your person. On the recipe, the employees are not satisfied in general, and especially with the guests who are trying to solve their problems during their vacation.
