You won't understand a store or a shopping mall. But the prices are cosmic. Sports equipment is solid China, the prices are high and the quality is poor.
21,10,19, I bought a Redmond RMC-M166 slow cooker, at least that's what it said on the box and the same brand of slow cooker was indicated on the receipt, which in fact turned out to be Redmond RMC-M155. That is, I paid money for one product, but in fact received another. But these are not all the surprises that came to light when unpacking - it turned out that the instructions were also attached to me not from this multivark, but from Redmond RMC-M20. But this is not the worst thing - when testing the multivark in operation, it turned out that it has a technical defect - the programs do not match the description. That is, in the "cooking" mode, the water heated up to 70 degrees and that's it, it didn't even boil!!! And in the "warm-up" mode, the water began to boil after the first minute - steam was coming from the pipe of a locomotive, which naturally should not be!!! On the same day, I called the seller and told him about all these nuances and malfunctions. The seller listened to me and said that I should come to the Atalanta store within 14 days and change this slow cooker there. I called the mag. Atalanta, they told me that they would not change anything for me and that I would contact the place where I bought this product, that is, the magician. "Crystal." In a word, football began. "Crystal" began to kick me off for some reason to "Atalanta", and "Atalanta" to "Crystal". There is nothing to do, I call Crystal again, there is already another seller asking me to name the deadline for issuing the check and making sure that 14 days have not passed since the sale of the goods, brazenly tells me that they will not change anything for me. And according to her: as for the re-sorting, the product was sold by a young girl and she confused the box, although what does the box have to do with it if the receipt indicates that I was sold a Redmond RMC-M166 slow cooker, and in fact a Redmond RMC-M155 slow cooker was sold, and as for technical problems, the seller told me that I used a slow cooker, and since I used it, the product is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. My explanation is that I did not use a slow cooker, but tested the programs only by pouring water into a bowl, and my question is: how would I know about the malfunctions if I did not test, the seller simply ignored and hung up - no one answered my calls in this store anymore. I assume that they have a caller ID installed and when I called them, they sent me to hell. That's the kind of negative consumer experience I got in the Crystal store. Although, when I bought the product, I was told that if any malfunction was found within 14 days or any other unforeseen circumstances arose, then the product would be changed or the money would be refunded to me. But in fact, it turned out that they sold me a completely different product, which also turned out to be defective, and refused to change it, arguing that I used this product. And tell me, how can you identify a malfunction without using the product? Should I contact psychics before using it or something else? So, if you don't want to get into a situation like mine, be careful when buying goods at the Crystal store, or better yet, refrain from shopping at this store altogether. I don't recommend it.
