We traveled to the mountains on 05/06/2025 with an overnight stay for 1 night. We decided to stay at the Crystal Hotel. There is no water in the rooms and it is not given. There was also no water at the reception. Because the season has not yet arrived, everything is closed around. The nearest store is a 20-minute walk away. And at the same time, there is a variety of alcohol and sweet water in the Crystal, but there is no plain water. They wanted to leave early in the morning, but it turned out that they had breakfast from 9:00. There are breakfasts according to the order system from the suggested menu. We were able to place an order after a persistent request to accept an order from us. We lived on the 3rd floor, hoping for a beautiful view. The hotelier said that the lake would be visible a little. But no. In the rooms, the bed creaks a lot, the toilet is leaking, the water pressure is weak and always with air first. All plumbing is rusty and very tired. In general, everything (furniture, wallpaper, ceilings) is very tired. There's dirt, hair, and dust in the corners.

A Soviet-style hotel, in the room in which we were, a wardrobe was broken, a bathroom. the node and shower are very small, constant temperature interruption with water, poor noise insulation, cleaning once a week, music from the street is constantly heard at night, if you are looking for a hotel in the vicinity, then crystal and other hotels next to it are not suitable for your vacation, also the beach on the territory is very bad and rocky, this hotel and the location may well be suitable for party goers, etc. but not for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday

A great little hotel. The heating goes through underfloor heating. It is located away from Golden Sands beach, but closer to the main road. The breakfasts are simple, so to speak, continental. There is a karaoke bar upstairs, so during the season they shout until midnight, or even longer! There is a restaurant with a fountain next to the hotel. It is covered with greenery, there are trestles with curtains. Local alcohol is better. Bishkek cognac is better to take with a red label. There are many hotels and guest houses nearby. Room cleaning is not very good, even if you ask, they may not do it! Then someone got sick, then someone had something wrong. Kindergarten, by God. It is better to inspect the room before checking in. Especially the bathroom and shower. When we checked in, we arrived at night, despite checking in, We waited for cleaning all day! As a result, they moved to another room. I recommend going to Cholpln ata to visit AkiBermet radon baths. Hot and well-maintained baths. There are many different excursions, all good ones! The Crystal hotel is also open in winter for ski riders. I recommend
