Excellent car rental service in Gagra, one of the few with left-handed cars. The cars are in good condition, reliable. I took a Volkswagen Polo, drove about 600 km in 3 days, the car never failed. Child safety seats are available for all ages. We promptly issued the documents, instructed on the rules of driving on local roads, and at the end of the lease, the deposit was returned immediately. Cool car rental service in Gagra, Abkhazia. Friendly, polite and responsive, they told us in detail about the operation and repair of the car! The car is clean, refueled and behaved perfectly on the roads. We traveled around Gagra on it, happy and satisfied ;) It's cool that we stayed where we wanted and how we wanted, we were our own guides, and the car was our faithful companion on the way. Great rental. We took a Jeep Cherokee here for a couple of days and got a storm of emotions! The car was issued in half an hour, and a detailed briefing was conducted. Washing is paid separately — 500 rubles. There are no restrictions on visiting interesting locations, as in some other rentals (not a call to action, if you're not sure, then don't)). Technically, the car was in excellent condition, it was taken out of any situation, we drove it for more than 500 km. The owner Roman is a very nice person! Thank you for a great time.

Responsive, tactful people work at the box office. The car was taken by a Honda Fit, quite decent, 3+ suspension. Clean.
Everything would have been fine, but we didn't have time to go far, as a car catches up with us and leaves a dent on the trunk door and bumper. We talked for a long time, but since insurance does not work in Abkhazia, you can only expect compensation from the culprit of the accident if he is ready to do so. According to the contract with the rental company, all responsibility for the car during the rental period is on the tenant and in my case I had to pay the cost of restoring the transport at my own expense. As a result, the cost of renting a car cost more than the cost of daily vouchers for 3 days for 4 people and the stress of what was experienced on the road and the return of a damaged car. If there was a local sim card, then you could call the rental owner, maybe everything would be different or not, it's too late to talk about it now, but before you take a car, think about this side. The local guys drive very fast!
